Chapter 11 - Chapter 10

"Snnniff... Haa... The Creator's scent..."

What is wrong with her?

For someone who was just born, burying her face in the nape of my neck and sniffing me like a pervert was incredibly burdensome.

The sensation of her cold, smooth skin touching my neck was unfamiliar to the point of giving me goosebumps.

Ah, is it that?

Is this some kind of imprinting effect, like how a baby bird recognizes the first thing it sees as its mother and follows it?

But comparing her to a bird felt wrong; the magnitude of power I felt from this small body was that of a monster far surpassing the original White Dragon Emperor, Albion.

The waves of uncontrolled, pure power pulsing beneath her skin were so intense that even I hesitated to touch her carelessly.

And yet, her current behavior was exactly that of a child.

"Creator... I like it..."

What the hell is this?

To think she would say such things while rubbing her cheek against mine with that emotionless face.

Her voice, dripping with possessiveness, actually gave me the chills.

Honestly, it's scary.

I never expected to feel this kind of emotion from a creature I created.

"Tilt? Albion?"

Watching the scene, Ophis tilted her head.

She circled around us, staring at the girl clinging to me as if she were a curiosity.

Since the girl was made based on Albion's power, Ophis seemed confused by the energy she emitted.

"Albion, female? No. Albion, male."

Watching Ophis mutter to herself and fall into deep contemplation, I let out a sigh.

I don't know why these so-called Dragon Gods are all like this.

One occupies the Dimensional Gap like it's their living room, and the other tries to form an alliance with anyone just to kick that one out.

They're like brats playing in a neighborhood sandbox.

Just then, the girl in my arms lifted her head.

Her golden eyes, shining like newborn stars, looked up at me.

"Creator, give me a name."

Ah, right.

I need to give her a name.

She is my first creation and a subordinate who will be with me from now on.

A name... A name...

A white girl with a bluish tint.

"Sera."

I recited it quietly.

"Yes, your name is Sera from now on."

"Sera..."

The girl repeated her new name over and over again.

As if it were the most beautiful word in the world.

Then, for the first time, a change occurred on her expressionless face.

Her golden eyes curved beautifully like half-moons, and the corners of her mouth lifted slightly.

It was the first clear expression of emotion she had shown.

...She's cute.

"Yes! My name is Sera! A precious name given by my Creator!"

Seeming to like the name, Sera clung to me even tighter in delight, showing no intention of letting go.

"Albion? Sera? Different?"

She's still doing that.

It's about time I left this wretched prison.

How long has it been? Thousands of years? Or tens of thousands? It's been a long time since I tasted outside air.

Of course, I doubt there's actually "air" in the Dimensional Gap, but it's a figure of speech.

Besides, the targets of my revenge might have already disappeared, but I still have to check.

There's a high probability that everyone except Azazel is dead, but well... I can hope.

"Let's get going. Ophis, lead me to Great Red as promised."

"Nod."

At my words, Ophis nodded.

I tried to peel off Sera, who still wouldn't separate from me.

"Sera, let go now. We're moving."

"No... I'm going to stay with Creator... forever..."

This kid is more stubborn than she looks.

It can't be helped.

"Alright, alright. Then get on my back."

I turned around and lowered my posture.

As if she had been waiting for this, Sera nimble climbed onto my back and wrapped her arms around my neck.

Feeling the soft and squishy sensation against my back, I found myself thinking she had a better figure than I expected.

"And 'Creator' sounds too grandiose. Just call me Owner... no, call me Master."

The word "Owner" made me feel like I had become a dog owner, which I didn't like.

This sounds cleaner.

"Master? Okay, Master!"

Sera whispered brightly into my ear.

"Now then, let's depart."

As Ophis took the lead and reached out into the void, space tore open, revealing a new path.

Supporting Sera on my back with one arm, I clenched and unclenched my other fist, checking my power.

My long and tedious solitary confinement is over.

Breaking my long silence, I suppose I should go give a flashy greeting to this guy called the "Strongest."
