Upon waking up in the morning, I wash my face and brush my teeth then I saw Daichi now awake. I brush his hair with my hand and said that I will wait so we can eat breakfast downstairs. I'm still worried about Daichi so I just act normally as possible. As we arrive at the kitchen we are surprise that the Ida family was already in the living room there even Tensei nii-san. They are talking to dad and mom when they said that we should eat first. I give Daichi a plate with a pair of toast and a glass of milk then some dishes and various jams are already in the table. When I look at the clock it was already 9:30 which suprise me since taking a morning run is already in my system for building stamina for myself and my quirk. As we finished our mean I wash the dishes we use and head to the living room where everyone is there.
They are still discussing and having a conversation in the table are various fruits and sweets AHHHHHHHHH!! Auntie and uncle really knows what we like. I grab some fresh strawberries and some grapes as I listen. Daichi sit besides me with Tenya and Tensei nii-san on my right side. I was busy tasting these strawberries since they are quite sweet and plump then suddenly all eyes was centered to me. What!! I already gave my testimony yesterday. It feels like I'm in the courtroom being grilled. My father starts the conversation. " I know everyone feels down and didn't expect such accident will happen. Since everyone knows what happen during the incident as our conversation earlier". Tensei trying to lighten the mood by saying that I did what a professional hero will do and I'm proud of you but can you show us how you capture those villains. I immediately agrees since by showing what I can do this will improve the mood in the room.
I pat Daichi's head and asked "Remember what I said yesterday?" Daichi looks confused which I immediately answer with "Again remember big brother is strong" I pick an apple with my right hand a toss it upward without wasting any seconds, I gather the released vapor and conjure a set of chain and I swing lightly my left arm and use the chain in my ring finger to grab the apple in the air that I tossed which surprise everyone.
Daichi ask me what are those chains and how can they catch those villains. At least his quite relax and a little hint of joy now. I begin the conversation by returning the apple and speak "you know what my quirk is, I can conjure objects which can have various effect due to dark matter." They nodded and I told to them that I was training my quirk since I was young and they know the complexity of my quirk. Through my diligent quirk training I conjured certain objects that different to those that I usually use. These set of chains is one of my difficult conjured objects. The two that I use yesterday have each kind of effect not just for binding opponents which complements their sturdiness, compact and weight. I answer to them "For me being a hero is just a simple profession like doctors, teachers, engineers or a police officer. If it's fighting villains and saving lives by rescuing people, medical practitioners like surgeon, nurse and those in the fire rescue and police officer do the same job, it's just the same side of the coin. For me the most important right now is to protect myself and my family that's why I'm dedicated to my training from the start and that thing has not changed, I just pick the hero course since it's the best choice for my development since I'm stuck in a bottleneck in developing my abilities and allow me to explore more about my quirk and it's potential. It didn't mean that I will not do my task as a hero, that like I said earlier, the same will happen if I choose to be a doctor, teacher or a baker. It was just align with my goals and I don't like doing things half-baked. My father sigh and said that if I'm already decided what you want then there's nothing we can do as parents but to trust you. My mother just tell me to be careful and don't push myself too hard with a little worry in her face. The discussion end and we just have a normal conversation as we usually do when both our families meet up.
As times goes by and seasons change, it's already my third and last year in my junior high. As we start our class this morning, our teacher began to inform us that it's time to take serious decision in what you want to do in the future. To overcome difficulty, you need relentless efforts, unwavering perseverance and sacrifice must be made. Think carefully and make a choice that you'll never forget in the succeeding years to come. I'll pass out a survey form for you to accomplish what school and the specific course you'll decide to enter including your options. There no need for contemplation, It was already decided from the start as I write UA high school and department of heroes with options of Shiketsu high school and Ketsubutsu Academy high school with the same course.
As a preparation to the hellish entrance exam, I still do my usual routine waking up at 5:30 to take a morning run to increase my stamina the base of how long I can use my quirk. I enter a school for me to learn basic martial arts and sword arts to help me fight without reliance to my quirk. Daily materialization training and meditation to increase the speed and mastery of conjuring objects which is the root of my fighting style and when Tensei nii-san have time for us, he teaches me and Tenya for upcoming entrance exam with practicals too. One weekend Tensei nii-san ask me and Tenya for a spar which we agree. As we face each other and wait the signal, I calm myself by breathing which is usual thing to do to set the rhythm and helps me to calm myself. Upon Tensei signaling go Tenya use his engine quirk to start running to me, his fighting style is a run and go close combat through kick. Seeing this I immediately release and gather vapor and conjure a staff that can contains a substance that will taze you upon contact located at the end of the pole. I defended myself with his attacks a left kick then twist follow up by a right upward kick. Watching his movements and parry the attacks I try to create some space between us but he shortened the distance immediately which he knows the staff effect since I usually use it so he try to kick me with the intent to avoid the staff end then suddenly Tenya felt heavy and something is binding him rendering him immobilized. Looking at me he see that my arms was pointed to him with I calm look he can see that there something but it's quite difficult to see it. I state do you think that I can't coat my conjured objects with substance that can bend light. I remove the invisibility and now he can now see that he was wrapped in my chain jail like a burrito. Upon seeing Tenya incapacitated Tensei decide to finish the spar which I free Tenya by canceling my quirk. As we take a rest Tensei inform us about the spar by giving us points to remember and things to do and not to do. His experience in the field of heroics is already rich which is a great help in the practical side of the entrance exam.
Weeks passed by and I decided now is the time to take actions. That day when I steeled my resolve and make a choice that my strength and power is still the best solution for unfortunate circumstances like that incident. I stole 2 quirks from criminals that are being wanted by the police officers and the government. This includes blink and psychokinesis with their specific owners Okahata Ryouta and Youbo Banka charged with case of multiple robbery and illegal use of quirk. I track them to their usual spots and ambush them in a suprise to take their quirks. Skill hunter or bandits secrets has a limited number of slots which I didn't want to maximize since increasing the number of stolen plus alpha factors will increase the burden of conjuring it which is detrimental to my fighting abilities. There's no excuse for making a crime by stealing a quirk and going vigilante but I still have a bottom line which is not to do it to the general citizens. I will not beautifying the crime that I made against the law, a crime is a crime but you're only be charge with guilty for such crime if you've been caught. Tehe😋😋😋😋.
