He sank to his knees.

He clenched his fists.

But jealousy was poison — and it was burning through him.
And in the shadows…
Someone watched him.
A zombie — but its eyes held intelligence.
A hint of awareness.
It tilted its head curiously at Geo.
Then vanished into the mist.
