"Five hundred million Berries! Any higher bids?"
"Is this the end of my life…?"
Camie's eyes on the stage were vacant, her pale face drained of all color. Only despair remained.
She knew the moment that explosive collar was fastened around her neck, her life was over. Whoever bought her would own the rest of her days. Freedom was gone forever.
"One bid of five hundred million Berries!"
"Second bid: five hundred million Berries!"
"Five hundred million Berries…"
Boom!
Just as the auctioneer was about to announce Camie's fate, the grand doors of the auction hall were violently flung open.
Yunan strode into view, calm and imposing.
"Yunan!!"
Camie's eyes lit up with color the instant she saw him, the despair in her gaze replaced by hope.
"Little Camie, don't worry. I'm here to save you," Yunan said, smiling faintly, as if rescuing her were the simplest thing in the world.
"That bastard knocked out my father! And you dare show up? You damned ant!"
Charlos Saint's rage erupted instantly at the sight of Yunan, murderous intent blazing from his eyes.
"Anyone who disrespects a Celestial Dragon deserves to die! Guards, take down this trash!"
Lord Rosward Saint waved his hand, commanding the guards in a deep, authoritative voice.
The moment his words fell, the hall's guards drew their weapons and encircled Yunan, ready to crush him.
"Don't make any sudden moves! Surrender at once and prepare for the Celestial Dragon's punishment!"
The head of the guards barked sternly.
"A pack of Celestial Dragon dogs, wagging their tails at a mere bone," Yunan muttered, hands behind his back, his gaze cold as he surveyed the guards.
"What did you say, you mutt? Seize him!" the guard captain shouted, enraged, ordering his men into action.
"Filthy worms."
"Wind Release: Suppression!"
Yunan snorted, unleashing a violent cyclone that radiated outward, centered on himself.
Rumble!!
In the blink of an eye, all the guards were hurled outside the auction hall by the brutal shockwave. Screams and shouts filled the air.
Moments later, the storm subsided. Nearly a hundred fully armed guards lay unconscious on the ground, without exception.
"You insolent human! Do you dare defy a Celestial Dragon?!"
Lord Rosward Saint's face darkened as he witnessed the scene.
"Someone! Contact the Marine Admirals immediately! Bring them here to kill this wretched human!"
Charlos Saint stomped in fury, ordering his men to summon a Marine Admiral at once.
"Annoying," Yunan muttered, moving in a blur. In the next instant, he appeared before Charlos Saint and slammed a powerful punch into his abdomen.
Bang!!
Charlos Saint vomited blood and bile as the punch landed, convulsing in pain before collapsing unconscious.
"Disgusting." Yunan glanced at him with contempt.
"You dare strike Charlos Saint?!"
Rosward Saint's fury erupted. Alongside Shalria, they raised their guns at Yunan's head and fired simultaneously!
Yunan snorted, sidestepping with a single motion. In the next instant, he was in front of them.
"Guns are your only trick? You think you can harm me?"
With a swift movement, Yunan disarmed both, holding their guns firmly in his hands.
"What… what's happening?!" Rosward Saint and Shalria's eyes widened in shock. In the blink of an eye, their weapons had been ripped from their grasp.
"You wretched creatures, how dare you commit such insolence against us?"
"The Marine Admirals will arrive soon. Until then, prepare to be torn apart!" Rosward Saint seethed, his dark gaze fixed on Yunan.
"Marine Admirals, huh? Oh, I'm shaking in my boots," Yunan said, a twisted smile spreading across his face.
"I wonder if you'll even survive until they arrive to save your worthless hides."
Slowly, he raised the barrel of the gun, aiming it at Rosward Saint's head.
"You… you want to do what?! Are you insane?! Do you intend to kill a Celestial Dragon?!"
Rosward Saint's face paled, disbelief etched across his features. Killing a Celestial Dragon—such a thought was unthinkable for the world. Anyone who dared would be hunted to death.
"If you want to live…"
"Kneel!"
