Claire turned to look at him.
"What did you just say?"
"I said that you should change since it will not be that appropriate to put it on. Men will just take a look at you and then they will become lustful."
"Is that why you are looking at me in a lustful manner?"
"No."
"The one who will not be able to mind his own business will be his problem. I already have a boyfriend who can satisfy me. "
"What did you say?"
Claire thought of what she had said and her face flushed.
"Let's leave. "
"I did not hear you say that. It was completely something different. "
"Then why do you want me to repeat if you had already heard what I said? Let's leave. "
"I will drive."
"Were you expecting me to drive?"
They leave the house and go to the Gismo Golf club. They found Hannah and Roy at the entrance waiting for them. Hunter went to greet him.
"Hi buddy. "
"I will go and register the company. " Hannah said
"I'll go with her. " Claire said and both went to register.
"Hey man, what were you doing with Hannah."
"Nothing. Just telling her how you really know how to play golf. Though I told her I play better than you."
"Were you trying to hit on her?"
"I like her. "
"Since when?"
"Since the day that they came to offer that boyfriend thing to you. I wanted to ask for her number that time, but she left before I could ask her for it."
"Have you gotten her number?"
"Yes. We were waiting for you guys to come, and we were able to exchange numbers and talk about other stuff. "
"Lucky you. "
The ladies came and they followed them. The club was filled with different type of businesspeople. Most they were able to recognize them.
"Hello there Roy and Hunter?"
Claire and Hannah turned to look at them.
"Have you guys started your own companies?" Claire asked
"No. If I had my own company, do you think I would be working for you? "
"I did medicine to take over my dad's hospital. This is Mr. ----"
"Suarez. The spokesperson for Hammilton Hospital." Hannah said completing his sentence for him. "You never mentioned this to me."
"I didn't see it to be necessary. "
"Sir, I thought you heard plans and didn't want to associate yourself with this event. "
"I am still not associating myself in this event. I came here to enjoy a date. " He said turning to Hannah.
"Fine. We will talk later. "
Mr. Suarez leaves.
"Why won't you follow him?" Claire asked
"I do not like involving myself with a lot of people, so Uncle Suarez involves himself with talking to them. "
"Let's go do other things. "
Mr. Garrick and Mr. Phillips were standing together. They were playing golf as they talked about business. Mr. Garrick noticed Claire was with a man which was unlike her.
"Who is the young man who has smitten your daughter?"
"Him? He is my future son-in-law. "
"Claire is seeing someone?" Mr. Garrick asked and was shocked at the same time.
"Yes. I thought she was to die single. Who would have knew that she would be dating?"
"No one, I assume."
