Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 : What is this?

The phone buzzed quietly on the table. Arashi picked it up, listening intently as the announcer's voice filled the line. "Hello, what information do you have, caller?"

"I know this incident is strange," Arashi said, his tone calm but firm, "but could it be that a gang is behind all of this? Am I right?"

The announcer hesitated, then answered, "Yes… it is possible that a gang, or even an organization, could be behind it."

Arashi's eyes narrowed slightly. "The police need to investigate this more carefully. This isn't ordinary. It's dangerous."

"Thank you for the information," the announcer said, and Arashi hung up. He placed the phone down and sighed. Sleep was the only thing on his mind now; he needed rest before facing another day at school and work later that evening.

The next morning, Arashi woke up, moving through his routine with quiet precision. He prepared his breakfast, organized his belongings, and muttered to himself, "I need to tidy up the house."

The city streets were alive as he walked, but Arashi moved differently, holding his phone loosely at his side. People glanced at him, sensing something unusual in the way he walked.

A car came hurtling toward him at a dangerous speed. Onlookers gasped, expecting a collision. But Arashi's reflexes were faster than anything humanly possible. In a flash, he dodged, moving almost like a shadow, his body flowing with a speed that seemed to bend the light itself.

"Whoa… that was amazing!" someone shouted. Arashi barely noticed. "Before too many people notice me, I need to hurry," he whispered to himself, and he sprinted through the middle of the road, dodging cars effortlessly. In less than a minute, he reached the school.

Inside, he was met by Hyuna, Rin's friend. Her gaze was sharp, her posture firm. "As the student council president, I saw you bothering Rin. Is that true?" she asked, suspicion lacing her voice.

"What? Who told you that? I never bothered her," Arashi said, confused. Hyuna pulled out her phone and showed him a video of the rooftop.

Arashi studied it calmly. "She was giving me the ring," he said.

Hyuna froze for a second, then muttered to herself, "What is this? I couldn't catch him in a charge."

"Are you jealous of Rin, Hyuna?" Arashi asked casually.

"W-what? No… I have nothing to do with that. But I won't let anyone bother her," she replied, flustered. She turned sharply and left, annoyed that she had no evidence against him.

Arashi walked calmly, as if nothing had happened. But not far ahead, a group of bullies approached, sneering and calling him arrogant. Arashi didn't flinch. He stood still, cold and unreadable.

"Do you want to make me angry? Are you provoking me? I will show you your place!" one of them yelled, stepping forward and clenching his fist.

Arashi's hand shot out, catching the bully's wrist effortlessly. "I do not want to hit you," he said calmly, "but you are forcing me to."

The bully's jaw tightened. "What did you say? Don't speak, or I'll bury your head in the ground!"

"Even though I do not want to," Arashi replied, "I will."

The fight began. The bully lunged, swinging wildly. Arashi moved like water, dodging each punch with fluid precision. Then, with a controlled motion, he struck the bully's face. The force sent him stumbling back, confused and shocked.

"What is this? How am I… useless? Who am I?" the bully cried, his fists shaking.

"This," Arashi said softly, stepping forward, "is the fate of anyone who bullies others. Yours is the last lesson. Learn it."

Arashi flipped backward, spinning through the air, his movements graceful and deadly. Another enemy approached, and he struck him mid-air, sending the man sprawling across the ground.

Students gathered, unable to tear their eyes away. Every blow from Arashi landed with precision, while the enemies' attacks seemed to vanish into nothing. In his mind, Arashi felt certain. I know this fight is decided before it even begins.

A punch to the first man's face was followed by a blow to his stomach. He collapsed to the ground. "Who's next?" Arashi called, his voice cutting through the tense air.

A giant stepped forward, his eyes burning with fury. He was enormous, the unmistakable leader of the group. His presence made the crowd draw back, sensing the danger in his massive frame.

"You must be the leader," Arashi said, his tone calm but firm. "Come. Let me show you who I am."

The fight started with a clash of strength. Arashi's first punch struck the giant, but barely made a dent. The man's body was massive, solid, like unyielding steel.

Am I tired? Arashi thought, his breath steady.

"Is it my turn now?" the giant rumbled, lifting his massive palm. Every student watching froze, fear etched across their faces. The giant's blow landed hard, sending Arashi backward. Blood dripped from his mouth.

Arashi rose to his feet, wiping the blood lightly from his lips. "You are one of the strongest I've ever faced," he admitted quietly. "The first to make me sweat."

He lunged again, fists and legs moving with deadly precision, but the giant's body absorbed every strike. Arashi's brow furrowed. It is impossible… how can anyone be this strong?

The giant struck again. Arashi twisted, jumping behind him to strike, then leaping once more to hit his head—but the giant caught his leg mid-air, slamming him to the ground. Fists rained down, and blood splattered across the concrete.

Pain surged through Arashi, but a spark ignited in his mind. I found it…
