I was slowly waking from my beauty sleep, I know that I have sleep resistance but it feels nice to take a nap every once in a while. 'Somethings…off.' I thought as I tried to analyse the feeling beneath my head, 'I could have sworn that I laid down on some rocks, so why does it feel so... soft?'
"You're moving quite a bit, are you awake?" A sudden emotionless voice from above me caused me to flinch violently.
I slowly pried my eyes open to see a massive rack, emotionless green eyes staring at me and a head of long green hair.
I immediately sat up, turned around and gazed with wide eyes filled with confusion and slight fear at the new recipient. 'WHY IS MISERY HERE?!!?!'
"Hello, did you sleep well?" I merely nodded at her question. Her lap did feel good and I did wonder why she gave me her lap as a pillow, but that question gonna have to go in second place too 'why the fuck is she here'.
Misery tilted her head, at his reaction, 'Fear? He's fearful of me, but why? I'm sure I've surpressed my aura and I didn't come off as hostile which means….', she studied him up and down and came to a conclusion. "Otherworlder, what is your name?"
My eyes went wide, "i-it's Simon, how did you-"
"You know what I am, don't you?"
"Uu-n-no!"
"You're a terrible liar."
"No, you just caught me off guard."
Misery lets out an exasperated sigh, "Mr Simon, rest assured that I will not do anything unjusts towards you, if I were then I would've done so in your sleep, now please answer the question."
I visibly relaxed but still kept my guard up as I didn't know why she was here, "ok yes, I do know who and what you are Misery, now can I ask my questions?"
"Go ahead."
"Why are you here and how do you know what I am?"
Misery nodded slightly, "About 19 hours ago, right above this island, the biggest spatial anomaly in history has occured, punching a hole in the world that saturated this island in an ocean of magicules. When I came to investigate this incident, I found a human directly beneath the rift creating clothes using a skill not meant for humans."
My eyes went wide at her words, 'I expected some sort anomaly that is associated with all otherworlders but the biggest in history?"
"I have a two parter question, 1, is Guy going to do something about me and 2, have you been watching me the whole time?"
"1, I do not believe he has decided at the moment, if anything, I have been tasked with that responsibility, and 2, like a I said before, it was only since you created your clothes."
"That's basically the whole time." I said in a sulking voice but I had completely relaxed now, Misery didn't seem like the type to lie nor did Guy Crimson.
"So what responsibility pertaining to me have you been tasked with?" I asked with slight apprehension.
"Observe and assess." came the monotone voice.
"So you won't attack me, obstruct me or kill me?" I asked in which I got a nod. "Ok then, well I'm just gonna get on with my day then."
I got up and started walking over to the giant holes I made, the air was cool, the holes were filled with water and alot of the water was heated and then cooled down to created fresh water, but what surprised me most was the saplings breaking the ground, actually forget saplings, these were already tree trunks.
Misery saw my surprise, "is there not trees in your world?"
"No there is, but not ones which grew this fast. It was just yesterday when I made the soil fertile." I mused in slight amazement.
Misery replied with realization, "It could be the dense atmosphere of magicules that's accelerated the growth rate of the already existing seeds in the previously dead soil."
"So that means that…" I put my hand down to the ground, where I focused on pouring my magicules into the ground. I thought that I would grow one tree…
The ground around me and Misery and rumbled like that of a miniature earthquake, from the ground came an entire swarm of vines that sprouted branches and leaves, creating plants and bushes and making the terrain uneven.
Misery looked amazed at what I had just done, "you just…created an entire forest in a couple seconds." She analysed the foliage around her with that same expressionless face.
Misery's gaze looked down at me who was laying against a tree trunks and spoke, "This is impressive for someone whose only an enlightened human."
"I'm not done yet." I got up and tried something else. 'I know I made a giant hole of water to evaporate water into the air but if I can terraform an entire desert into a forest then I can definitely turn the burning sky into thick grey clouds.'
I focused on my magicules imagining steam hitting a surface to create cold water vapour about to condensate and shot them into the sky in a spray-like formation at the speed of sound.
A cyclone-like eruption shot out of me and almost immediately heavy rain clouds formed in the air.
Misery was even more amazed now but didn't show it that much, although her face did show it, she did seem to be in an entranced state.
*Thunk*
What she heard was me kneeling on the ground with one knee, sweating. Misery spoke concerned, "You've overused too much magicules, you should rest for now, if you don't then-"
"Yeah yeah I know, if I run out of magicules then I'll die." I stubbornly admitted, despite my body losing grip and my mind becoming more dizzy and then Finally… I collapsed.
Misery picked up the tired boy in a princess carry and put him down, leaning against a tree and then teleported away.

"He completely terraformed the landscape and permanently altered the climate?" Guy repeated the report in amazement.
"Yes, that once barren island is now a lush rainforest… brother, you seem almost impressed by it."
Dino finally chimed in, "To completely alter the terrain and climate of an entire island in a matter of minutes using nothing but his own magicules, well… well that's something that only an awakened can do. Doing so is not only irregular but should be impossible."
Misery added more to the conversation, " not to mention, that these are spells that he came up with on the the spot, showing incredible ingenuity with magic." Misery stopped and was thinking of something.
"Something on your mind Misery?"
"I question his unfamiliarity with our world, when he saw me for the first time, he knew both who and what I am."
Guy Crimson perked up at these words, "And he wasn't afraid of you?"
"He was at first but he was instantly reassured when told him I meant no harm."
Guy took in the information and finally decided on something, "Misery, I need you to do one more thing for me."
