In the deepest part of the Forbidden Forest, there stood a tree so tall it reached the clouds. Its trunk was so wide it would take ten giants to hug it. That tree was called "The Eternal Willow," a tree that people say has been there since before the first civilization began.
Rey was leaning against the roots of the tree. He chose this place because the energy was very calm—perfect for hiding from the world. However, that peace ended today.
Suddenly, a heavy heartbeat echoed from inside the tree trunk. Thump-thump. Thump-thump.
The trunk slowly cracked open, letting out a bright pink light. In the middle of the crack, there was a giant Red Crystal shaped like a lotus petal. The crystal shook hard and then started to break.
CRACK!
The crystal shattered into pieces of light. Inside the remains of the crystal, a small child was curled up with red hair that glowed like fire. She slowly opened her eyes, and as soon as her feet touched the ground, the flowers around the tree bloomed instantly.
Rey stood frozen, shocked.
"What in the world... Did this tree just... give birth?"
The child stood up, shaking her head because she still felt dizzy. She looked around, and then her eyes locked onto Rey. Without any fear, she walked closer and touched the dragon scales on Rey's hand.
"Gya?" the child said softly.
