Kai and Effie was standing-sitting-impatiently, wanting to see their friends. After waiting awhile, they only saw a sobbing Cassie
They made their way to Cassie to comfort her
"What's wrong Cassie?" Kai held her shoulders
Cassie just shook her head and pointed to the room where the sleepers was emerging from
Kai didn't understand, Effie understood immediately
Effie cursed quietly, if she could move, she would have destroyed the whole room in anger
Effie told Kai and he immediately started to spiral into denial
All three of them spent some time together, eating in silence before Sid came up to them
"Lady Cassia, where's Lady Nephis and Sir Caster?"
Soon more survivors came up to the cohort, asking where did Nephis and Caster go, but none of them asked about Sunny....
Until one
"Lady Cassia, Where's Sunny?" a man pushed his way to the front
All of them seemed to stay silent, awaiting for Cassie's answer
Soon Cassie wiped her tears away and looked at all of them
"Caster is dead. Nephis and Sunny are alone in that hell" all them turned quiet, to mourn them
"That means Lady Nephis and Sunny can survive right?" All of them looked at each other before cheering
Cassie, Kai and Effie stayed silent before saying in unison
"If anyone could survive that hell, it would be them"
The survivors cheered but Cassie stopped them
"I have a favour for you all" all of them looked at her intently
Cassie stayed quiet before speaking
"Sunny has a sister, could some of you check in on her? Please do it every day"
Some of them raised their hands, saying that they are able to go check in on her, but they had no way of knowing where she is
Cassie was about to say, but the door opened
There a beautiful woman with short raven-black hair, alabaster skin, with stunning cold blue eyes
"I can help you, its the last thing I could do for Sunny" Jet sighed before pulling out her communicater
Jet scrolled for a bit before showing Rain's profile. Everyone looked at Rain profile, some even said that the siblings look nothing alike, mostly because Rain looked more beautiful than Sunny
All of them now wanted to see her. But they went through gourvement procedures before grouping back up outside the Academy
All of them went to Rain's house, somewhere along the way, someone said Twilight Keepers in sun for Nephis and Darkness for Sunny. Now all of them were called the Twilight Keepers
Soon they reached Rain's neighbourhood. Cassie, Effie and Kai walked in front of the group. Cassie knocked on the door which opened quickly by a man
"L-Lady Song Of The Fallen! What might bring you here?" the man seemed startled
Cassie coughed and said
"Is your daughter Rain here?"
"Why do you need my daughter?" The man seemed protective
"A favour for a friend" Cassie smiled lightly
The man nodded and called for Rain to come. And when she did she almost fainted at everyone
"W-what? I didn't do anything?!" Rain seemed panicked
Kai shook his head and patted the girls shoulder, which made her froze like a statue
"Do you perchance, know a man named Sunny, or Sunless?" Kai smiled warmly
Rain thought for a second before shaking her head
Everyone looked at each other before sighing
"He's your brother, biological at least. He's currently in the Forgotten Shores, trapped with Lady Nephis" Kai frowned
Rain froze before asking hesitantly
"So why has he not reached out to me?"
Cassie stayed silent before saying sorrowfully
"He didn't think he was worth enough to be called your brother, when he became infected with the Nightmare Spell he thought he could finally be worth of your brother, but he was sent in that hell with us, he could have came back but he sacrificed himself to save us all"
Rain seemed dumbfounded
"Be worthy? I would have been happy if he just showed up damn it" Rain gritted her teeth and stormed off
"I'm sorry about my da-" Rain's dad was cut off by Cassie
"Its fine, if you need anything, please contact us" Kai pulled out his communicater
Rain's dad reluctantly got THE Kai number. All of them said their goodbyes and went to do their own things, the cohort went to report the news to Teacher Julius(The GOAT)
After listening to Teacher Julius rant for probably a few hours, they went out
"Doofus does not seem like the person to put up with him" Effie sighed
Kai shrugged before needing to report to his agency. That left Cassie and Effie alone
"Could you bring me to my home?" Effie looked at Cassie
Cassie stared at her behind her blindfolds before pointing at it
"Oh right, sorry" Effie laughed a little
Cassie shook her head
"Its fine"
Both of them somehow, in someway, managed to go back home
Cassie collapsed onto her bed. Small tears soaked her blindfolds
'No, there's no use crying. I'm the only one left to lead everyone, I must do everything to achieve that' Cassie thought before sleeping
------ Next day
Cassie woke up to the sight of nothing cause she was blind (Duh)
Cassie sighed and got out of the bed and activated her awakened ability. After talking with her mom for awhile, she left for the academy after buying some flowers
Soon she reached the academy-in a way that even weaver didn't know how-she saw some candles lit near the gates, half were white and the other half were black. And all the white candles was always next to a black candle
Cassie nearly cried at the sight but she held herself back. She walked passed the gates, reminding herself to bring candles next time
She made her way through the academy and soon found Sunny and Nephis pods
She grabbed a table and a vase to put the flowers in. She sat down for awhile before someone entered the room with her
"Hey Effie, Kai" she turned back at them with a small smile
Effie grinned and spoke loudly
"I knew you were here! Give me my money Kai!" Effie tried to lift her hand but couldn't due to her body
Kai sighed and transferred the money to Effie account and he showed her that he did
Cassie watched the two of them banter for a bit before turning back to Sunny and Nephis
"Goodbye" she mumbled
Effie and Kai looked at Cassie sorrowfully and spoke together
"If you need anything, we're here"
Cassie nodded and spoke
"I know. Would you both want to anchor at the same citadel with me?"
Kai nodded while Effie shrugged
"Sure" both of them said
Cassie smiled and said her plan. Explaining everything, her vision, wanting to prepare for the Second Nightmare-much to Effie delight
Kai and Effie seemed deep in thought so Cassie left them to think about the decision. Cassie went to go talk to the people that could allow her to anchor herself to the Chained Isles
