Forty-eight hours later, Kenji stood at the door of Class 1-A. It was a door so large it felt like a boss arena entrance. He could hear the shouting inside—the "Engine Boy" Iida and the "Explosion Boy" Bakugo were already clashing over etiquette.
Kenji closed his eyes and initiated a Mini-Dive—a five-second mental trance to stabilize his energy.
Don't show them everything, he told himself. Keep the high-tier Shouts in reserve. Stick to the Soul-Pool physical buffs. Use the Focus only for reconnaissance.
He pushed the door open. The room went quiet. Twenty pairs of eyes—each carrying the weight of a unique biological superpower—turned toward the boy who had "glitched" the entrance exam.
"That's him," someone whispered. "The one who stopped the Zero-Pointer with a shout."
Kenji walked to an empty desk in the back. He didn't look at them. Instead, he stared at the air in front of him, where his internal HUD was already labeling his classmates.

Kenji sat down and crossed his arms. The game was finally getting interesting.
