Enel roared furiously, swinging his golden staff horizontally as electric arcs crawled along it.
"Lightning Metallurgy!"
As the lightning grew blindingly bright, the golden staff glowed red-hot under the high-temperature smelting, its end rapidly liquefying and reshaping into a trident.
Enel's face twisted into a dark, sinister scowl. Gritting his teeth, he pointed the trident furiously at Allen.
"How dare you offend a god! I will absolutely slaughter you today, you lowly mortal!"
The next second.
*Bzzzt—!*
Enel's figure turned into a bolt of lightning and vanished from his spot. With a flash of electricity, he instantly appeared right before Allen's eyes, thrusting the lightning-clad trident forward!
"Lightning Lance!"
Facing this fierce strike, a flash of astonishment crossed Allen's eyes, genuinely surprised by Enel's speed.
He hastily twisted his waist to the side, dodging the trident while reaching out for Enel's face. His five fingers clamped down, gripping Enel's head and ruthlessly slamming it into the ground!
*Bang!!*
"Puh-gah—!"
Enel spat out a massive mouthful of blood in agony. The back of his head smashed a small crater into the floor, sending crushed stone flying.
Pinning Enel's head down with one hand, Allen raised his other arm, his muscles tensing as he clenched his fist!
Seeing the descending fist through the gaps of Allen's fingers, Enel's eyes filled with terror. He frantically pushed his body to its limits, unleashing his lightning with all his might!
"Two Hundred Million Volts: Discharge!"
*Bzzzt—!!*
*Bang!!*
Gritting his teeth, Allen tanked the electrocution and violently smashed his fist into the grounded Enel's abdomen. The sheer force of the blow sent his arms and legs shooting upward. He curled his body in agony and opened his mouth, spewing another mouthful of blood!
After landing the punch, seeing that his opponent was still discharging electricity, Allen hastily leaped backward to escape the shock radius.
Ravaged by the violent lightning, Allen's muscles were slightly red from the heat, emitting wisps of white smoke.
Even with Haki protecting his body, he could not withstand prolonged electrocution.
The reason he could take God's Judgment head-on earlier was because of its short duration; the heat generated by a momentary electrical current was limited and insufficient to damage his formidable physique.
Even natural lightning strikes that could reach a billion volts had such a brief duration that their energy output was lower than the continuous two hundred million volts Enel was releasing.
He had never underestimated Enel just because he had mastered Haki. The power of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit was undeniable, both in its terrifying destructive force and its absurd speed.
Allen flexed his muscles, manipulating the pores on the surface of his body to open and rapidly dissipate the heat. Plumes of white smoke erupted from his skin like steam.
Opposite him, bathed in electric light, Enel propped himself up from the ground with trembling arms. His face was dark and twisted, and he glared at Allen with eyes full of absolute hatred.
After two consecutive heavy blows, he had fully realized that this opponent possessed the means to harm him and could even resist his abilities head-on.
But it didn't matter. He still had the speed granted by the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.
*'Calm down, I need to calm down. He's just a Blue Sea dweller. As long as I use Mantra, my speed will make me invincible.'*
Enel panted heavily, his gaze fixed on Allen as the lightning around his body grew increasingly violent.
"Two Hundred Million Volts: Thunder God!"
With a furious roar from Enel, his body completely merged with the surrounding lightning. Even his clothes and the trident in his hand turned a brilliant blue-white. His size expanded, transforming into a terrifying, five-meter-tall Thunder God with a wrathful and hideous visage!
In the distance, having helped the heavily injured Sanji and Zoro lean against a wall, Robin and Vivi could not help but feel a sense of unease upon witnessing this scene.

The pillar of lightning struck the earth, its energy violently detonating. The high-temperature shockwave destroyed everything in its path, leaving a scorching trench in the ground.
Enel's solemn gaze swept across the entire ruins.
Although Allen was nowhere to be seen, Enel's mind had already locked onto his target. Shifting his arm, he redirected the continuous beam of Judgment lightning, sweeping it across the earth!
*Boom!! Boom!! Boom!!*
Terrifying explosions erupted continuously around him. Allen's figure flickered incessantly, pushing the high-speed movement of Shave to its absolute limit. As he dodged, he rapidly closed the distance to Enel!
"Fool! What does it matter if you get close?! In this form, I am the very incarnation of lightning! Anyone who touches me will be reduced to ashes!!"
Enel roared furiously, the beam of lightning in his hand chasing closely after his target.
Allen's gaze was icy, his footwork never ceasing for a moment. Once he arrived directly beneath his opponent, he leaped high into the air.
Enel's mouth twisted into a savage grin. He swung his hand fiercely, whipping the pillar of lightning toward Allen in a fit of rage!
"Turn to ash, you idiot!!"
"Moonwalk!"
*Bang!!*
The air suddenly exploded with a sonic boom. Under Enel's shocked gaze, Allen's figure vanished into thin air!
The next instant.
Allen appeared right in front of him, his face contorted in a fierce scowl, his arm pulled back and ready to strike.
"Sonic Punch!"
Allen let out a furious roar, abruptly twisting his waist. His explosive fist broke the sound barrier and viciously smashed into Enel's face!
*Bang!!*
*Bzzzt—!!*
Violent electricity exploded in a blinding flash! In an instant, it swallowed the fist along with Allen's entire body!
Simultaneously, Enel's massive body was knocked backward. His face, composed entirely of lightning, twisted in agony as he spat out a mouthful of blood.
Amidst the flashing electricity, Allen's body broke free. His clothes were torn to shreds, revealing his charred skin underneath.
He gritted his teeth, tightly drawing back his thick arm, his fist gathering momentum to violently strike down once more!
Enel's unfocused pupils suddenly locked onto Allen. This time, he didn't choose to counterattack; instead, with a flash of lightning, he vanished from his spot.
Allen's punch hit empty air. He immediately expanded his Observation Haki to search for his target. The next instant, alarm flashed in his eyes, and he hastily turned his head.
*Bzzzt—!*
The massive Thunder God materialized above him. Enel raised a giant palm condensed from lightning and thrust it down with ferocious speed!
*Boom!!*
Allen's body was swatted away by the palm, crashing into the earth and carving out a massive crater as billowing dust and smoke rose into the air.
"Thunder God: Heavenly Dragon Halberd!"
Enel roared, raising his trident high as a long blue dragon coiled around it.
With a forceful swing of his arm, the Heavenly Dragon Halberd transformed into a streak of light, tearing through space and shooting explosively into the dust cloud!!
*Boom!!*
Blinding lightning illuminated the sky above the ruins! Terrifying energy erupted abruptly, sending violent bolts of electricity snaking across the ground in all directions!
With a flash of light, Enel teleported back to the ground. His chest heaved as he panted heavily, his gaze fixed on the center of the explosion, where thick smoke and dust filled the air.
*Bang!!*
A massive boulder suddenly shot out from the dust cloud. Enel raised his hand and caught it. Lightning bloomed within his giant palm, and the boulder was instantly crushed to pieces.
A shockwave erupted from the dust cloud, and a fierce gale blew away the lingering smoke. From the burning ruins, Allen slowly walked out, his entire body coated in Armament Haki.
Tearing off his tattered clothes and tossing them aside, Allen remained expressionless, his eyes dark and brooding. The Armament Haki slowly faded from his body, revealing muscles that looked as though they were forged from steel, along with the hideous demon face on his back.
"You bastard...! Why... why won't you just die?! Are you a man or a monster?!"
Enel's face twisted in a hideous grimace. He glared fixedly at Allen, his eyes revealing a hint of fear beneath the rage.
Watching Allen approach step by step, he unconsciously took a step back.
"Damn it!!"
Enel clenched his fists in frustration.
In his Thunder God state, all of his attacks were at maximum output. Even his slightest movement or touch carried a current of two hundred million volts.
Yet, after several exchanges, his attacks had clearly failed to inflict sufficient damage on Allen. If he couldn't deal enough damage, his speed advantage became meaningless.
Realizing this, Enel gritted his teeth, instantly losing any desire to continue tangling with Allen.
"You're just a lowly mortal! Whether it's God's Island or the gold, I don't care about any of it! If you want it, you can have it!"
"Only the Fairy Vearth is a place worthy of a god like me! As for the rest of you, you can all stay here and be destroyed along with this place!"
Enel roared furiously. He turned his body, looked up at the Giant Jack, and transformed into lightning, rapidly flying into the sky.
The Fairy Vearth was his one and only goal! He was going to activate the Ark Maxim and use "Raigo" to destroy everything here!
Seeing him run away just like that, Allen furrowed his brows, looking somewhat displeased.
He wasn't afraid of Enel's Observation Haki, and although the lightning attacks were powerful, he could barely tank them. The only issue was speed.
As the incarnation of lightning, Enel's flight speed was something Allen could never hope to catch.
It was fine in a close-quarters battle, but over mid-to-long distances, aside from light and teleportation, there was almost no ability faster than Enel's. This was also the most unsolvable aspect of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.
"Phew... whatever."
Allen let out a long breath, dropping his fighting stance and standing up straight.
He had anticipated that Enel might run away if he couldn't win. The only thing on the Sky Island that could bind Enel was the Ark Maxim, which was exactly why Allen had headed straight here upon arriving on the island.
All he had to do was wait for the other party to bring out the Ark Maxim. Enel was destined to be unable to escape.
