The orb monster screeched as Haro approached it, the 5 minute timer for his temporary power-up slowly ticked down.

Comments filled the chat one after another in rapid succession, but something felt off. Haro felt like something from his stream was missing.
Where is HaroFan?
HaroFan had lived in the back of Haro's mind for a while now. She would tune in to each and every stream the moment he became a streamer class, and off the bat became a very dedicated fan. At first Haro was concerned and worried but eventually grew a soft spot for HaroFan. The fan tuned into each and every stream even when there was nobody else watching, and Haro was grateful for this because it felt like he had someone to vent the struggles of being weak to.
I'm sure they would have loved to see how many viewers I have right now.
Haro flicked his hand and the shop interface appeared, he selected a weapon and clicked buy.

Haro had run broke, yes, so it seemed impossible that he would have had the money to purchase a weapon. But he remembered a key fact.
The stream was always running.
Haro had started his stream the moment Gorin entered the stadium, so it had been going for a while. The stream experienced Gorin, the orb monster, his streamer philosophy and his stand against the monster. It really helped that he did not run away since it helped capture the orb monster in full frame. So in turn..

The stream got popular enough to generate Ads.
He held one dagger in each hand, gripping them firmly, then started racing toward the orb monster. Each step felt like a leap, due to the power-up his body became much more buoyant. Haro was moving at a speed close to a cheetah fully sprinting.
As he got close he raised the daggers and flung towards the orb monster, ready to stick them deep into it's body.
"Get ready to-!"
"!"
The orb monster let out a mind shattering scream, the sheer power of it sent Haro flying backwards. He covered his ears with both hands as he flew through the air, eventually slamming straight into a sports equipment shed. The orb monster stood still, as if it was fixed to one point.
"It seems I underestimated you."

Haro slowly stood up from the debris of the shed and stared straight at the monster, but something felt different about it.
Has it's aura changed?
Haro had noticed that the orb monster's aura had become much more terrifying, it felt like he could feel it's power flowing straight through him. That's when it screamed.
"!"
He saw what seemed to be a sonic boom shoot out from the monster, and on instinct he braced for the oncoming sound attack. As it hit him his ears started ringing so much that whatever sound was around him had now completely drowned out.
After a few seconds everything seemed to turn back to normal, until.
"!"
Another screech erupted from the orb monster.
Due to not being allowed a break from the last sonic boom, the next one hit even harder against Haro, he was a bit shaky from the impact but still standing at the very least.
If it wasn't for this temporary power-up, the first sonic boom would have probably made me explode.
Thinking about the power up his eyes focused on the timer on the stream.
Temporary Power-up:
3 Minutes Remaining.
Haro took a step forward when another, more powerful, sonic boom came flying out in all directions. With quick intuitive thinking Haro jumped and braced himself in a position that would make the sonic boom launch him into the sky. It was a scary chance but it ended up working, and Haro was sent flying 5000 feet into the air.
Where are you now..
Haro gritted his teeth and his grip on his blades became stronger. Rage had filled the man and he channeled it into his dual daggers.
"Where are you now, HaroFan! Why aren't you here to finally watch the man you believed in shine so bright!"
He started facing downward, flying head-first towards the orb monster. The monster held both it's hands towards Haro, and it's head vibrated as it let out a scream. They were not aoe attacks from before, but more controlled attacks meant to deal more direct damage. With the super-human capabilities that Haro had acquired, he flawlessly leaped around the multiple attacks.

"I was here!"
As he got just only 2000 feet away, the orb monster put it's hands against it's orb and let out another deafening scream.
What seemed to be a sonic boom the shape of a square shot towards him, on instinct he put all strength into one dagger and slice straight through the attack.
This power-up is no joke.
Haro landed right in front of the orb monster and looked up to stare at it's, orb. He smirked.
"Heh."
The orb monster shook and stepped hardly into the ground making it fly a few feet back, once at a safe distance it did what it had done previously, charged aoe sonic beams. But this time it was different.
Temporary Power-up:
1 minute remaining.
It wasn't one sonic boom at a time, now it was a constant continuous sonic boom that kept growing in strength the longer it went on. Haro tried to hold his place but the power of the attack slowly dragged him back.
"I'm running out of time.."
He looked at the temporary power-up timer on the stream.
Temporary Power-up:
45 seconds remaining.
It's too strong, it's far too strong for me to handle. I thought this would be enough money to cover the fight, to make up for my weakness. But I suppose a temporary upgrade cannot change a person's core.
"Haha.."
Haro did not laugh at how funny it sounded, he laughed at the irony. The irony that he thought he could simply buy his way to a win. The monster was far too strong.

"It's position! Look at it's position!"
For some reason, the comment from a viewer had stood out to Haro. And with nothing else left to do, he did look at the orb.
"?!"
The monster had an orb for a head, and that orb seemed to now be shaking violently. AS it screamed it's voice sounded weak, no, it sounded scared.
"I get it now..."
The orb monster shook more and more
"You are scared that I might've found out about your secret! That's why you fled!"
Temporary Power-Up:
30 Seconds remaining.
Filled with newfound determination, Haro took steps forward to reach the orb monster.
"The reason you have stayed in place, is because when you use your attacks, you can't move!"
He stood closer and closer, the pressure of the sonic beams became unbearable but it was not enough to suppress the shine emitting from Haro.
And with one clean swipe.. The chat erupted in victory.
The orb on the monster had been sliced into two halves which in turn made the monster fade away into dust. The orb monster had been bested.

"Well chat, did you feel my shine?"
He grinned as he looked up into the sky, admiring the beautiful stars. He believed that he had reserved a place among them all.
That is when out of nowhere, one star started shining a bit too brightly.
"Huh?"
"Get out of the way!"
"A talking star?!"
The star seemed to be falling from the sky and was on the path of hitting him. Since he didn't have the power-up he could be killed!
He dodged and the star slammed into the oval, causing debris to shoot up. Haro coughed because of it and looked at the star that crashed just to see that it was not a star, but a girl.
She had black clothing, long orange hair and yellow eyes that had a a star as an iris for them. Her skin was as white as snow and she looked like a princess that fell out of a fairytale.
"Hewwooo! I've been waiting so long to see you! It's me! HaroFan2341!"
