His phone buzzed nonstop on the pillow, like dozens of messages pouring in at once. He groggily reached for it and squinted at the screen.

Last night, he was so busy stealing things with Bone One that he almost forgot about this. Three accounts were already gathered. He could open the sect.

He switched to the sect map and found the land's location.
Cangxuan Sect Back Mountain, Abandoned Mine Shaft. He knew that place – deep in the back mountain, abandoned for decades, pitch black inside, no one wanted to go there.
But for Bone One, it was paradise.
Lin Luo got out of bed, washed up, told Ma Biao "I'm going to the back mountain for a walk," and left the Chores Hall.
The abandoned mine shaft wasn't hard to find. Vines covered the entrance. He pushed them aside to reveal a sloping tunnel going down, so dark he couldn't see his hand in front of his face.
Lin Luo pulled out his phone, turned on the flashlight, and shone it around.
The tunnel wasn't wide, but wide enough for one person. Tool marks covered the walls. Broken stones and rusted mine cart tracks lay scattered on the ground.
He walked about fifty meters in, and the space opened up.
A huge mine cavern.
The cavern was lit by an unknown light source – a few glowing spirit stones embedded in the walls. The light was dim, but enough to see clearly. In the center of the cavern stood a stone table with a book on it. Several stone chambers surrounded the open space, like naturally formed rooms.
Lin Luo walked to the stone table and opened the book.

He pulled out his phone and switched to the sect warehouse.

He walked to an empty corner of the cavern, buried the mushroom in the soil, and poured a little water on it.

Lin Luo sat down.
"I heard you stole something from the inner court last night?" Lu Yuan got straight to the point.
Lin Luo's heart skipped a beat.
"How does the Sect Leader know?"
"The Golden Thread Talisman Cloth belonged to War Hall Elder Zhou Tong. He came to me this morning to complain, saying a skeleton stole his crafting material." Lu Yuan took a sip of tea. "What is that skeleton to you?"
Lin Luo was silent for a moment.
"It's mine."
"Yours?"
"Yes. I raised it."
Lu Yuan stared at him for a few seconds, then put down his cup.
"Lin Luo, how many more secrets do you have?"
"Not many," Lin Luo said. "Just a few left."
Lu Yuan shook his head and didn't press further.
"I smoothed things over with Zhou Tong. But remember, the inner court isn't a place you can just wander into. Next time you steal and get caught, I won't speak for you again."
"Thank you, Sect Leader."
"Don't thank me." Lu Yuan waved his hand. "I called you here for another matter."
"What is it?"
"The Sacred Ground sent word that there's been activity in the Demon Abyss. The Vampires are moving more than usual. They seem to be looking for something." Lu Yuan looked at Lin Luo. "You know about Qin Yun asking you to go to the Demon Abyss, right?"
"Yes."
"He told you there's a Blood Soul Pearl there?"
"Yes."
"The Blood Soul Pearl is a good item, but there's a Golden Core Stage Vampire Elder deep in the Demon Abyss. Qin Yun didn't tell you that, did he?"
Lin Luo's expression shifted.
Golden Core Stage Vampire Elder.
He was at Foundation Establishment Layer 1 right now, and the second cycle of the Nine Cycles Mystic Art wasn't complete yet. He could barely hold his own against early Golden Core. But a Vampire Elder was at least Golden Core Layer 5.
He couldn't win.
"He didn't tell me."
"Of course he didn't. He was afraid you wouldn't go." Lu Yuan stood up and walked to the window. "But I suggest you go."
"Why?"
"Because besides the Blood Soul Pearl, there's something else in the Demon Abyss – Blood Essence Crystal. It's the core material for making Foundation Establishment Pills. Lin Luo took it and carefully put it away.
"Thank you, Sect Leader."
"Go."
Lin Luo stood up. At the door, Lu Yuan added one more thing.
"Lin Luo, that skeleton of yours… next time you steal, don't steal from our own people."
"…Got it."

Back at the Chores Hall, Lin Luo lay on his bed and pulled out his phone.
He opened the sect interface.

Three missions, three accounts – exactly one each.
He switched to Rat One's interface.
Rat One had already broken through to Spirit Gathering Layer 2 and was now idling, with 6 hours to Spirit Gathering Layer 3. The treasure sensing had a new alert – there were several Glow Mushrooms near the mine.
Lin Luo controlled Rat One to search around the mine. In less than half an hour, he found 3 Glow Mushrooms. He planted them in the mine's spirit field. Tomorrow, he could harvest even more.
He switched to Bone One's interface.
Bone One was still doing random explore in the back mountain. His total demon beast defeats had exceeded 30. Lin Luo set a new command: [Defeat 10 back mountain demon beasts (daily mission)]. Bone One executed it automatically. Estimated completion time: one hour.
He switched to the main account.
The main account's Nine Cycles Mystic Art, Second Cycle had 18 hours remaining. Time until breakthrough to Foundation Establishment Layer 2 was 70 hours.
Lin Luo put his phone on the pillow and closed his eyes.
Three bodies, one soul. One sect, three members.
He alone was a whole sect.

He opened the sect interface.

Lin Luo smiled.
He checked Bone One's auto-battle log.

Rat One had broken through to Spirit Gathering Layer 3. His treasure sensing range had expanded to 800 meters. A new alert: west, about 600 meters, a medium-strength treasure response.
West – that was the direction of the Cangxuan Sect's Sutra Pavilion.
Lin Luo controlled Rat One to run in that direction. The sensing strength went from "Medium" to "Strong." There were definitely good things in the Sutra Pavilion, but now wasn't the time to steal. He had Rat One mark the location for later.
He switched back to the main account.
Lin Luo got out of bed, washed up, and ate breakfast.
Today, he needed to prepare for the trip to the Demon Abyss.
He opened the shop and bought some consumables with Spirit Stones.

Bone One's backpack also had a few Spirit Stones for revival.
He switched to Rat One and bought him a small item.

Everything was ready.
Lin Luo stood in the Chores Hall courtyard, pulled out his phone, and checked the sect interface.
