Lily Turner was about to retort when she suddenly saw Alice Turner walking in from outside. She immediately stopped arguing with Easton Holmes and slightly turned to look at her approaching big sister.
In front of everyone, she couldn't directly ask her sister what Isla Lane's call was about.
Lily Turner discreetly observed Alice Turner's expression and saw that her sister's face showed no change. Still, she couldn't quite relax.
Her sister always disliked sharing her matters with the family, especially the troubling ones. Her sister preferred to bear them herself and solve them on her own.
"Alice! Are you staying over tonight?"
Alice Turner, holding her phone, returned, and Sophia Wood asked her.
"Yes."
Alice nodded and sat down in her seat.
Upon hearing that her sister would stay over, Lily Turner quickly said, "I'm staying over tonight too."
