HARPER
I didn't get the chance to see who I had bumped into as a hand closed around my wrist and began to tug me out of the building towards a car waiting in the lot. Only when we arrived at the parking lot did I get a good look at the stranger.
My brows were furrowed as I looked at him. "Mr Blooms?"
He was here again. Was he stalking me, and why the hell did he pull me that way?
Mr Bloom interrupted me before I could say anything. "Step in."
"What?"
"Into the car." He said.
I shook my head to clear my confusion, but it only worsened. "I don't get it. You dragged me out of the building as though I owed you some sort of explanation, and now you want me to enter your car? For what reason exactly?"
"You'll get your answer when you step in." He assured me. But that was even less reassuring and absolutely strange.
"And if I refuse?" I asked, staring at the window of the car. It was tinted, making it impossible to make out who was inside.
