**Reversing Time**
Batman pulled out a powerful grappling gun from his utility belt, fired the grapple, and leaped onto the giant's back, quickly attaching a bomb. He then agilely flipped to the giant's chest to take cover.
Just as the giant was about to move, the bomb detonated.
"Bang!!"
The sound of shattering armor echoed, and the giant staggered, nearly falling. Batman seized the opportunity to place another bomb on its chest, then swiftly flipped back onto the giant's back.
"Bang!!"
The giant grabbed Batman's foot, slamming him to the ground with immense force, rivaling the Hulk's strength.
Batman lay on the ground, spitting blood, as the giant approached. Just then, the bomb on the giant's head flickered a few times.
"Boom!!!" With a loud explosion, the giant was blown to the ground.
Old Flash rushed over, helping the bloodied Batman.
Batman: "This must be another timeline. You reversed time, didn't you?"
"We can't bring you back, can we? No matter how many times we reverse time," Old Flash said with disappointment.
"You're right, Barry. You're right..." Batman whispered before losing his life.
Despite the Flashes reversing time once, the outcome remained unchanged.
Young Flash: "Come on, Barry, we have to cross again and reverse time."
In Young Flash's mind, there were endless chances; another failure didn't matter.
"Barry," Old Barry responded with a weary tone, hinting at his lack of confidence in saving the world.
He wanted to give up, but Young Barry was still full of drive.
"Come on! I'm going first." Young Barry accelerated, preparing to reverse time again.
"Barry!" Old Barry hesitated but sped up to catch up.
They arrived at the Chronos Bowl, a space surrounded by images of various timelines. Here, they chose the timeline they wanted to travel to.
"Can we wait a moment?" Old Barry asked.
"Of course, we can take as much time as we want; we can keep reversing time." Young Barry, undeterred, reversed time several times, while Old Barry stayed in the Chronos Bowl, not following. Each attempt ended in failure.
"Where did you go? Why have you been staying here? I need your help."
"Barry, this is an unavoidable event, you have to stop."
Seeing he wouldn't help, Young Barry accelerated, reversing time alone, hoping to achieve victory just once.
"Barry, wait."
"There's something I must tell you. I traveled to the past because..."
"Because Mother passed away," Young Barry interjected.
"Yes, I didn't know it would have so many consequences. I must undo what I did." Old Barry believed his world was beyond saving and couldn't allow repeated time reversals to affect the multiverse.
Old Barry had accepted his mother's death and demanded that Young Barry accept the demise of his world.
Zod of this world was destined to conquer Earth and transform it into a Kryptonian environment.
"No, you didn't do anything wrong, and neither did I. We can save Supergirl, and we can save the world."
"No, we can't. You can't handle it. It's unavoidable. As Bruce said, we can try a million times, but our strength is far from enough to defeat Zod." Old Barry paused and added, "Anyway, this world is doomed. Look around the Chronos Bowl, see the harm caused by reversing time."
Some timeline images were collapsing.
"Does your mom know? My mom was just doing laundry, and you came to tell me I would be a superhero, and you helped me become Flash, and now you're telling me to give up. My mom was an ordinary person; why give me hope just to make me give up?"
If he accepted defeat, Old Barry would return to his world. But he'd have to watch his world be destroyed, experience the death of loved ones, and face failure.
If he were still an ordinary person, he wouldn't be so unwilling, but now he was Flash.
"Barry, not every problem has a solution. You can't handle it. No matter how many times you reverse time, you cannot defeat Zod."
"I can handle it!!!"
With that, he sped off again.
Meanwhile, in the Marvel Universe, Alex Rivers' system detected a spatial loophole in the multiverse. It required less energy to travel to The Flash movie universe. What originally cost 100,000 points now cost only 50,000, otherwise Alex wouldn't have enough points.
"Ding! 50,000 points deducted, remaining points 41,000. Traversing now..."
"System, check my personal panel."
"Name: Alex Rivers
Gender: Female
Height: 178 cm
Body Density: 2.7 million times that of an ordinary human
Weight (without changing inherent bio-force field): 60 kg
Flight Speed: Mach 78 (over 26 kilometers per second)
Current Abilities: Steel Body, Super Strength, Super Hearing, Super Vision, Super Speed, Super Endurance, High-Speed Flight, Bio-Force Field, Heat Ray (Ability), Ice Breath, X-ray Vision, etc.
Items: High-tech nano battle suit that can change freely, Iron Man's Mark 1."
"I still have too few items. I hope to collect some good ones in this world," Alex said with anticipation.
Meanwhile, Young Barry had prepared for another failure, ready to reverse time again, as in the Shadow Flash world, Supergirl had failed to defeat Zod. Batman was also in dire straits.
It was normal for Shadow Supergirl to lose to Zod, having less exposure to the Sun. On the battlefield, Zod lifted Supergirl, preparing to use an instrument.
Just then, Alex descended like a missile, her red cape flapping behind her. Her flight speed of Mach 78 generated massive shockwaves and sonic booms. The air tore and compressed, forming phantom-like shockwaves on both sides, like air walls pushed aside by Alex as she cleared a path. A "vacuum wall" followed closely behind her, like a sword slicing through the sky.
Young Barry only saw a red arc appear, trailing a sonic boom and vacuum channel. This ultra-high speed gave the illusion of traversing space-time, showcasing the newcomer's astonishing flight capabilities.
"Who is this? Why hasn't she appeared before?" Young Barry wondered, watching Alex deliver a high-speed punch to Zod. The destructive power of such a punch was unpredictable.
