"What?" That was the only word that slipped out of my mouth. I couldn't understand what he was trying to imply.
"There was another person inside my body, Luna," Drein said seriously. "He was obsessed with you. You should run away before it's too late." Right. I almost forgot—Drein was mentally unstable. I exhaled deeply and nodded.
"Okay fine, I'll take my leave now." I turned around and was ready to walk away, but he suddenly grabbed my wrist.
"Where are you going, Luna?! Are you leaving already?" he asked, sounding hurt.
"You told me—"
"I'll cook for you," he interrupted with a smile.
"You don't need to—"
"Luna, I really miss you so much. So can you stay here for a little while?" He kept smiling, but I was already feeling uneasy.
