*During the time Steve was fighting against Hydra*
POV: General
In the middle of a gigantic forest in Europe, there stood a great gothic-style castle, which peculiarly had no roof, yet still emitted a silver glow under the moonlight.
To a normal person, that castle would simply look like ruins.
But for mystical organizations, it is the main home of the most powerful girl ever seen.
After all, that castle is Star's private residence, also know in the present as the "Great Moon" .
At this moment, she is receiving the report of a werewolf who is kneeling, speaking with a fanatical tone.
"...That is everything we discovered, Great Moon."
Said the werewolf after finishing his report, still kneeling.
"You did well, thank you very much, you may leave now."
Said Star without showing the slightest hint of emotion despite the information revealed, though a subtle joy could still be felt in her voice.
"Thank you so much, Great Moon!"
The wolf said with devotion, before disappearing like a shadow.
"...I am not the moon."
Star whispered, in a tone of someone tired of correcting others but no longer even bothering to try.
Because yes, at the beginning, when she first arrived, she did meet the two races, and indeed manage to unite both races under one faith.
The detail… is that it wasn't really a faith at all.
She didn't acknowledge the existence of any god, nor did she try to spread any doctrine, or even doing something sacred
She simply said when someone asked her about belief: "Everything for the moon.", and about followers?, those who wanted to follow could do so.
So how did she "subdue" both vampires and werewolves?
The answer is simple: she never did, you see… as is already known, once someone reaches Sequence 8 in the Moon Pathway, they gain a high level of control over animals.
All normal so far, right?
Well… in the Marvel universe, regardless of being "mystical beings", the truth doesn't change, vampires and werewolves, in essence… are simply bats and wolves with extra steps and powers.
Threatening? Yes, Capable of tearing you to pieces? Certainly, Able to influence you just by scent? Absolutely, But for a tamer? They're basically puppies.
So yes, the moment she appeared at Sequence 9, both vampires and werewolves already liked her.
And once she reached Sequence 8, they started to worship her as a goddess.
And since there are no major physical changes until Sequence 7, and the only difference is needing to drink blood… she still looks completely normal.
Not even the sun affects her at all, which made vampires adore her even more, believing her to be something like a "Goddess of Vampires."
Needless to say, the werewolves did not like that, and instead wanted to worship her as the "Goddess of Werewolves."
Neither side was willing to back down, so a civil war was seconds from happening.
One so fierce that would have ended in the extinction of both parties.
But Star simply said "Don't fight.", and not only did the civil war stop instantly, and their ancient hate vanished as well (Translator: Don't fight 🐴🤝🐴)
Ancient grudges? Sorry, those ancestors are long dead, Racial differences? Bro, it's the 20th century, Death of a sibling/father/child? Please, you can always have more later, so who cares?
And just like that, the two species that hated each other the most since the start of their existences became extremely united, leaving poor Star extremely confused.
Worst part of all?, She had absolutely no idea how to lead an organization, so she had to learn everything from zero.
Why didn't she just ask them for help?, Because the most common answer from her "people" was "Whatever you decide is correct."
And let's not even talk about the "cult of the moon," which is obviously flawed (confirmed personally by Khonshu).
Not because they lack faith, but because the direction of the faith is wrong in itself.
Star worships the moon, that far is right, but everyone else worships her with absolute devotion
So yes, Star literally is the "moon" to them, and only because that was the thing she adored
Even if what she adored was the sun, they would have adored it so, only for her, so yeah... There goes a new faith
Leaving that aside, other secret organizations assumed she would die eventually like you already know
But when time passed and she didn't, they began investigating why, doing by the way, an alliance of three factions
Star (cult of the moon), sorcerers, and magical creatures.
The last faction declared war on the faction of Star, believing that it would be easy, and the sorcerers choose to wait for the results
How did Star "defeat" the magical creatures in this case?
She just showed up on the battlefield, and that's Fuking all
She didn't shed blood, she didn't speak, she didn't move, she didn't do anything.
She simply appeared, and every creature submitted, Till. The. Last one
(Translator: …Okay… I would argue but technically a Tamer could do that, right? 🤔)
What happened to the sorcerers? Please, they are mages, not idiots.
After seeing that the little "human girl" defeated the other faction herself alone, they surrendered quickly.
And yes, they believe she defeated them, because even they could see that despite speaking of "faith," everyone actually worshiped Star.
Why didn't they suspect a mind-control spell? Stop asking dumb questions and use logic, they tested for that first, obviously, and of course, they found nothing because she never did something
So yes, that is how the unification happened, and after a surprise visit from the Sorcerer Supreme, who, by the way, also found nothing, Star finally learned about all the threats in the world.
Learned about the external Gods, about cosmic entities, about the celestials, and even about Khonshu
The last one was instantly forgotten by Star, because in her mind "The moon didn't need a God, because the moon is the God in itself"
Why didn't the Sorcerer Supreme find anything?, not even a proof about the powers of Star or something?
Finally, a logical question. Congratulations, and the answer is so simple you won't believe it:
Star has not used her powers even once, Literally. She. Has. Done. Nothing.
The only thing she does is drink blood, and everyone assumes she just does it to look like the rightful leader of the entire mystical world, even the Sorcerer Supreme.
Why she didn't have used them?, well.... I think you already know at this point
Which brings us to the present.
Star had asked her subordinates to investigate Emily after learning of her existence.
Why? Because she wanted to contact her and learn how to lead a religion and an organization at the same time, and urgently
She didn't care about Emily's powers, or pathway, or past.
She simply wanted a teacher, because she is still struggling to prevent this whole thing from becoming a disaster, something that, let's be honest here
It already is a disaster, and one incredible Big
Now, Star is walking to her private office, escorted by Dracula himself, who, by the way, is the one cursed by Death herself, so yeah, he cannot die.
Oh, by the way, he also adored Star with the same fanatism that the others have
Returning to Star
Her office is stacked with a literal mountain of paperwork.
She sits and begins signing the closest documents, those being from last month.
"... sigh I hope she helps me. I really need more time to be closer to the moon."
She muttered tiredly, while reading a new report about how a necromancer tried to cause a rebellion…
Which was stopped because the reanimated zombies themselves swore loyalty to her… before disappearing again due to lack of magic after killing the necromancer.
"…And I hope her lessons are fast…"
She said while looking at the date of the report, 3 weeks ago, yep, this was definitely a bad idea.
Poor Star. She's not even 13 and she's already working like a slave, Worst part? She doesn't even get minimum wage.
(Translator: brooooo she cheated on me 😭
Writer: I told you she was too pretty to actually notice you 🤣)
