Somewhere in the United States, there was a mental asylum, one that looked like any other institution of its kind.
Except this one had something special: every single patient inside suffered from chronic schizophrenia.
And the most unhinged of them all was a man named Johnny.
Yes, Johnny was in a mental asylum, because he chose to be there, after all, In his own words "Only the insane can return to the real world more easily."
So he traveled from asylum to asylum, "helping" patients see what he called the real world.
Why does no one suspect anything? Because after "awakening" them, he tells them to keep acting insane, and gradually appearing more and more sane over time.
This way, they can slowly help other patients awaken as well.
Yes, He created a sort of hallucinogenic cult, luckily for humanity, Johnny only wants everyone to return to the real world.
And what is the real world, according to Johnny? Oh, a wonderful question. And the answer is even better, the real world... is a game called Minecraft.
That's right. Johnny believes the real world is Minecraft, and better yet, he believes his real name is Steve, (Translator: I Am Steve 🧔)
This is going to be a very strange story, so let us not delay any longer.
*clears throat and begins speaking with epic narrator voice*
Long, long ago, in a dimensional plane, there existed a ruler named Notch, he had the power to shape his domain however he wished (Translator: admin joined the server 😉🤙)
But Notch was not happy, he felt empty, bored, and without purpose.
One day, a day that would later be known as "Genesis", he created the first thing in that dimensional plane, a single white point.
Notch, amazed by his creation, so he expanded it, he expanded it so far that the entire plane went from pure black to pure white.
And for a time… Notch was happy, but he still was alone.
So he created another being like himself, though with only half his power, he named this being Herobrine (Translator: grant_admin_rights: npc_Herobrine 🤣)
Time passed, and both grew tired of the endless white void.
Notch wanted to create new colors, but Herobrine, however, wanted subjects to lead.
So Notch, realizing their desires were different, allowed Herobrine to create freely.
Herobrine was delighted, so his first attempt was to create a being like himself, a being later know as the first human.
But this human was placed in the endless white void… so it didn't survive long.
Realizing his mistake, Herobrine created the first world, one able to sustain life
But even then, the humans struggled, so, through trial and error, Herobrine eventually created the first perfect world.
Notch later visited him and was amazed by what he saw.
"You are a great creator,"
Notch said, and Herobrine felt proud
"But it needs something… something to help it... ¡I know!, A sun."
And so Notch created the first star, making the world rotate around it and making Herobrine was grateful.
Time passed, and Galaxies were formed, Universes, Dimension, Living beings and even gods.
Yet, the living things noticed a pattern, While Herobrine's creations helped individual beings, Notch's creations helped all of existence.
So they worshiped Notch more than Herobrine
At first, Herobrine didn't mind, after all, Notch certainly was a better creator than him, but as time went on, envy grew
"Why do they worship him more than me? I gave them everything." was his last question before falling in hate (Translator: Because he's the supreme admin, bitch, Don't ask dumb questions 😉🤙)
Blinded by envy, Herobrine created the first monsters, and declared war on Notch.
And to surprise of nobody, the war ended instantly, because with a mere thought, Notch erased the monsters (Translator: The legendary _kill command 🤣)
Herobrine realized his mistake, but instead of accepting defeat, he turned his wrath on creation itself.
Notch did not intervene this time, because he believed this would be a valuable experience for creation.
So Herobrine unleashed a genocide unlike anything ever seen.
Universes fell, Galaxies collapsed, Entire civilizations vanished.
Just when Herobrine was about to win, the surviving gods and beings united, they formed an alliance, merged dimensions, raised armies, and prepared for war (Translator: Damn, brutal origin of the overworld 😶)
The war was devastating, neither side had the advantage, until Herobrine was pushed back by the gods.
So he tried to use the power Notch granted him, knowing that with it, he could win instantly (Translator: With admin rights anyone's a badass 🙄)
But the gods had prepared for this, so when he tried to use that power, they sacrificed themselves to seal Herobrine for eternity (Translator: They cut his Wi-Fi 🤣)
Peace returned and Notch repaired the damage done, but this was not the end.
Some beings sought to free Herobrine, wanting power equal to his, and Herobrine agreed, but with a secret condition, their power only worked if he was free (Translator: Don't tell me this is how Creative Mode started 😬)
War returned naturally, then peace, then war again, and so began something the mortals called "the Cycle of War and Peace"
This cycle might have lasted forever, until the end of time, but Notch grew tired (Translator: The supreme admin has logged back in 😈)
And unfortunately for Steve, this happened in his era.
Steve was a simple man, he explored, crafted, learned alchemy, and studied runes, His parents died to monsters and he had no family, not even close friends
the closest thing to a friend was Alex, who traveled with him sometimes along with her loyal wolf.
It was a simple life, but a happy one, he might have settled down someday, married Alex, perhaps, or continued exploring forever.
But that future would never come.
Notch, tired of death and suffering, placed all living beings into an eternal dream, including Herobrine.
Why? Because he did not want to witness more loss, and in a way, it was peaceful and was merciful.
But Steve did not fall fully asleep.
Because of a necklace given to him by his mother, a cube-shaped pendant with gems on each face (Translator: Oh. My. God. The command block 😮)
This relic, created by a god during the previous war, allowed Steve to keep a spark of consciousness.
He now knows how to awaken everyone, how to end the false dream how to return to the real world.
No matter how long it takes, no matter who stands in his way.
He will return to his real world, bringing everyone with him, no matter what
*Stop talking with epic narrator voice*
That's the false story the protagonist told Johnny, and honestly, you have to admit, it's pretty epic.
And why doesn't he use his real name? Simple, because he knows that if he does, Notch will realize that he's awake.
So, he decided to stick with "Johnny."
Still, he doesn't really care what name he's called by, what truly bothers him is the fact that he hasn't been able to make any further progress in the sequence.
At first, this terrified him, but he eventually calmed down once he realized what was actually happening, the Cube was creating "measures" to avoid being detected.
Yeah, that's what he believes is the reason he can't advance further in the pathway.
And in a way, it makes sense, since according to what he knows, the Cube was created by a god.
Even so, that doesn't stop him from making plans, and what kind of plans, you ask? To officially create a secret organization (Translator: Seriously? How many more of those are you planning to make, dude? 😑)
That's right, he's already managed to "awaken" enough members to officially begin phase two
From there, if everything goes according to plan, waking the rest of them up will be a piece of cake.
(Translator: bro, you really need to stop making so many organizations, you will forget them eventually 😐)
