My surprise turned into a broad grin when I saw Arden kneeling before me. But I could see that his eyes were filled with anger toward me at that moment, and I was sure that he didn't really want to do this.
"Hmm, I don't think it would be fair to forgive you just because you're kneeling and begging me," I said, crossing my arms in front of my chest and looking at Arden eagerly.
"Aria, don't go too far if you don't want to regret it," Arden spoke, emphasizing every word that came out of his mouth, his eyes narrowing sharply.
"Look at you, thinking too highly of yourself." I tilted my head indifferently as Arden threatened me again.
"Get back up and continue this cooperation. Do as I say, quickly!" Arden's body, still kneeling on the floor, began to tremble, holding back all the anger that was beginning to rage inside him.
