How would you react when you woke up and realised that the person who promised to never leave you was gone!

Woken up by my alarm...wait! When did I set an alarm for 10 AM, I overslept again and this time it's because of Ken. He wasn't beside me when I woke up..he must be up already making breakfast like he always does.
Last night was special, it was my first time
But that was strange, he wasn't in the kitchen, nor in the room, where was he??
Maybe he might have another surprise for me but he never leaves without atleast texting me or writing a note.
What was going on? His phone wasn't on, he didn't reply to any of my texts. I was getting worried.
Could he have got into some kind of trouble again, or maybe had an accident again?
Or.....did he leave?
Impossible, his clothes and everything were still here, but where was he?
I went to every possible he could be, every place we went together but he wasn't in any of them....did my worst fear come true...did he leave me too?

"I'm sorry, I can't come in to work today Ruby, you have to fill in for me again" Emma said, still wondering on the streets looking for Draken.
"Girl, you're so irregular at work nowadays,could you tell me what's going on?" Ruby asked worried, on the other side of the line.
"Something happened, my husband disappeared and I'm trying to find him" she replied...her voice full of sadness.
"What!! Emma are you fine, do you need my help?" Ruby asked.
"I'm not okay, but I'll try and do everything possible to find him....I must find him" Emma replied before she hang up.
The very thought of Draken leaving her, made her want to break down and cry.
He'd promised never to leave her, she loved him and couldn't leave without him!
Emma felt like her world was falling apart, she hadn't eaten anything since morning, no one was there to care or remind her like Draken always did.
She wondered on the streets...where could she even find him, she knew nothing about his family or friends...she knew she was all he had... she was his family and friend.
Ken, where are you?
All of a sudden, she was all alone again.
Emma didn't watch where she was going, her mind was somewhere far, she ended up walking straight into the road.
A black car almost ran her over, but someone pulled her out of the way. Someone unexpected!
The man before wore an expensive white suit, and black shades over his eyes. Quite tall....the man was David!
"Are you okay ma'am?" He asked her still holding her hand.
"I'm fine..thank you for saving me" she replied, pulling her hand away from his.
What was David doing in such a place? Had he found out about her and Draken?
David stared at her...was he admiring her?
"Sir...I'll go ahead now" she said, trying to walk away.
"Wait.... I'm new to this place and might have lost my way..could you help me?" He stopped her before she could leave.
"I'm sorry sir....but I have something important to do. You can ask someone else" Emma's words were straight to the point. She rejected him, as if she didn't know who he was, David Hunt.
Women in her position would gladly offer to help the prince of the city,but Emma was clueless...besides Draken, she had no eyes for any other man.
David took off his shades and watched her leave him just like that....this woman was something else, something about her pulled men's attention....even the richest ones. He found her interesting, that he smiled at her actions.
She was just like Sam,but a better version of her, prettier.
"I must find out who that woman is" he thought to himself before he entered his car and drove off.
Meanwhile, Shaun had seen everything that had happened, he initially planned to save Emma, but David appeared out of nowhere.
He had to inform his boss about this immediately, or else things would turn out badly.

"Boss, just like you asked, I've notified the entire board, including David, the meeting is in the next hour" Erick reported to his boss but his mind was somewhere else.
He was currently fixing his tie in the mirror, but his mind drifted to Emma after he saw the ring on his finger, remembering how she always helped him to dress up....he was already missing his wife.
Emma
He had no intentions of leaving her, but if it meant leaving her would protect her from his enemies, including David, then it was better that way. He had to sacrife his love for his family...just for a short while and then he could go back to her and hold her again, kiss her again and tell her he loved her.
Little did he know, the person from whom he was trying to protect her had already crossed paths with her.
"Boss, did you hear what I just said?" Erick asked.
"Mhmm .." he simply replied and Erick knew he hadn't.
" For the next few days, you'll be taking care of all the work, I want Shaun to watch over Emma for me"
Even if he wasn't by her side, he still tasked Shaun to keep her safe for him.
"Yes boss, it's all settled" Erick replied.
"She might have forgotten to eat...send over some dishes to her. . she'll grown thin again since I'm not there with her" his mind was so full of her....he was thinking of only her.
"My boss has completely fallen in love" Erick thought to himself....before they left for Ouracle.
AT OURACLE~~~~~
The company employees were up and down, after yesterday, it was in a crisis, they needed someone...the company needed Draken because clearly David was a good for nothing.
The board had sat already on the conference room, whispering amongst themselves about what was going on...David was the first to show up... trying to take the President's seat. But before he could even touch it....Draken made and entrance that left everyone whispering in the room speechless.
He'd reappeared after he'd gone missing for days...
"Hello David... surprised to see me back" his husky voice sounded in the room,
"It can't be....you must be dead! How are you still alive!"
David's next words shocked the entire board.....
What did he mean by saying that, was he the one who planned for his death?
