"Yes, we're dating Gary and you should pass the news" I am so dead but figuring that I'll never meet this doctor again, I'll show him how much more stubborn I can be.
"Ok boss. .I'll leave the papers here...and go now" Gary excused himself right away.
"What were you thinking to tell him that?" He asked.
"My God! Doctor it just slipped right out of my mouth, I didn't mean to," I lied. I knew exactly what I was going.
"Don't tell me you have never been in a relationship before?" I continued pressing the issue further continuously teasing him.
"You.... "
"I'll take my leave now doctor, forget I ever asked that" with that, I rushed out before he could settle the scores with me, and I took his shirt just to make sure he doesn't follow me.
But that was strange, apart from last night and today, I'm quite sure I've seen those eyes and felt that touch somewhere before. He was so familiar, like I've met him somewhere before. Unknowingly, I reached a wall that had all the pictures and names of the doctors in the hospital.
My only focus was finding out who he was, my eyes landed on his picture, and his name was 'HARDIN CRUZ!!!' I yelled in surprise.
"Hardin.. ..Hardin Cruz, the same Hardin I was in high school with, the same Hardin who was my highschool crush!! Hardin Cruz!! no wonder he seemed so familiar"
Just remembering everything we've been through just for today makes me feel much worse than I already do.

After what happened to her last night, I thought this reckless girl could change her ways. I stayed up all night just to keep an eye on her, after what happened, worried she might have some bad nightmares and panic attacks about what just happened to her like most people do we.
Out of all my patients I've seen through my years of duty, she's proven to be the stubbornest and at the same time, acting all cute and all that. I can't deny that she's gorgeous, with those sapphire eyes and brunette hair, she reminds me so much of a girl I met back in highschool, who had just the same personality.
'TARA' That name still hounds my memories. I didn't want to become a doctor,in fact I'm not one. I'm just an emergency doctor when needed here at the hospital, I just took it up after realizing how reckless Tara was with her life, I would always be the one to treat her wounds.
Aside from studying medicine, I also attended a three year military camp in college, just to train and be stronger to protect her in case she met with any danger and of we met in the future again. Everything I did was for her, because I never imagined that I'd end up falling in love with her and I still do, up to this day.
She's the only one in my heart but then here comes this crazy girl who's just like her.
'Who was she anyway?' Who can she be?
"Boss!!" Gary's voice snapped me put of my thoughts.
"Are you even listening?" He asked.
"What is it?" I asked.
"I need to know when you got a girlfriend that hot" he replied. And what the hell?
" She's not my girlfriend"
"That's not what she said or what it looked like. You didn't even deny it when she said it.
Come to think of it why didn't I say anything?
"Just shut up and get back to work" I said shoving his head.
"I will...but didn't you atleast get her contact?" He asked. That does it!
" Get lost or I'll hit you!" I replied ready to do it.
" So grumpy, no wonder you're still single"

"I can't believe you spent the whole night at the hospital, you..Tara Montesino" Tara's best friend Lian exclaimed while driving.
" I know, I know...gosh! I hate hospitals and I'd still be there if I didn't escape with you as my get away driver." Tara replied.
"Are you sure you're okay? You don't look so good, will you be able to go home like this?" Lian asked.
"No way, I'll go to my house, not my dad's house, I don't want to argue with mom or Irene anymore" Tara replied leaning in on her seat.
"My dad was right I need protection, I was almost kidnapped last night but...." She got a flashback of last night, how Hardin had saved her.
"But what Tara? this is serious, your life is at risk, remember, you're daddy's little heiress" Lian tried to say but I cut her off.
" Exactly, I live my life on my own terms, no one tells me what to do, I worked so hard for everything I have now, all by myself. So I'll get my bodyguard soon enough" Tara replied putting on her classy shades and drinking her chocolate shake right after.
"Do you ...have someone in mind?" Lian asked.
"I do and I'll get him soon no matter what"
" I wonder, who's that special someone who caught the queen's attention" Lian was curious to know.
"You'll find out soon enough"
'And this time, he'll have to fall for me, I'll not let him go that easily until he does,"
