"Wh-What am I even talking about?!", I slapped myself back to reality. I went to sleep flustered.The next day, Nadia appears on my door again. But this time I was ready to leave. "Oh, you're ready. Alright let's head out.", she told me.
I locked my room and we started walking to school. On the way, I had to buy some stationery,so I told Nadia to wait for me. "Oh, that's alright. But make sure to be quick, I don't want to wait for too long.", she replies. I rushed to the stationary and got everything I needed. Once I finished checking out. I walked outside to see something extraordinary. I saw Nadia getting hit on by a group of guys.
Without a single thought in mind, I started walking up to her. I grabbed her hand and left without a word. But ofcours those thugs wouldn't let go soo easily. They stopped me and said,"Hey, where the hell do you think your going? I was talking to that chick."
Those words made me furious. I slowly turn towards him and said,"I am sorry, she's taken."
"You think I care about that-", before he could finish his sentence, I gave him a solid punch to his liver. Making the other goofs run away. After that we both continued walking to school like nothing happend.
But out of curiosity, Nadia asked me,"I didn't know you were that strong." I replied with,"I used to practice martial arts when I was with my second parents."
"That's pretty cool.", she compliments me. I didn't give any reaction, but deep down it made me quiet happy. After that we reached our school and took our seats. It was the first class, and the teacher informs us that the people who are participating for the dance compition, will need at least one partner with them.
I wasn't bothered at the slightest but when I looked at Nadia, I saw that her smile had faded. She started looking around saddened, but when she looked at me, she started smiling. As if she was planning something. I stare at her awkwardly when she suddenly says,"Be my dance partner!"
"That was sudden, but no", I replied. She paused..."But I really wanted to participate in this competition.", she says while looking down. I really felt bad for her, so long story short. "Alright! Robert and Nadia. I wish you both the best.", Our teacher told us.
I had felt bad for her, but at that point. The more I thought about it,the more anxious I got.
To clear my mind, I go and play the piano during lunch. But as I was about to play 'her'. Nadia steped in and asked if she could sing. I agreed, and started playing. I was really stunned that she could sing such high notes. Along with singing, she started dancing around aswell.
And as she was dancing,I saw her bright smile,I couldn't help myself but be mesmerised. I couldn't take my eyes off of her, I had no clue that someone this beautiful even existed. In that sheer moment, I was sure...
I had fallen in love.
