''Until you're mine,I'll sit here and watch sleep'' he kissed her forehead gently without waking her up,then sat there watching the way she sleep,around midnight he fell asleep still looking at her.As the first ray of sunlight hit his face he woke up adjusting his clothes he got up he put that chair in the place before looking back one last time leave the room,Leila was still fast asleep.
as he enter the kitchen he saw that maids were almost done with cooking ,so he took the same tray he used yesterday and start to make the breakfast tray for Leila from his own still remembering how the maid handle it yesterday.Looking at him maid were dumbfounded never in their life they saw Carmine in kitchen out of all making a tray for someone.This man here don't even know how to even talk basic things rather than business,and here he is showing affection to someone who he barely know,that was very new for the household
once he finished he carried it back to the room,Leila was still fast asleep with a little pout he stared at for a moment before reach out to wake her up
''hey'' he shook her softly still giving her time to wake up,with a lazy stir she groaned softly then blink open one eye to see Carmine standing there.she let out a shocked gasp the with a speed of electricity she sat up on the bed searching for any familiarity until sense hit her that she in Smith mansion now
''It's morning ,you should wake up now'' his voice was firm but not demanding letting her adjust ''I bought you breakfast eat it and freshen up,I'll give you a guide around the mansion today,Also there will be some to teach what you have to learn before becoming my wife''at the last part she blushed , he saw it but thought to ignore it'
''I'll be here in an hour''with a one final glance he left the room clicking the door behind him .she looked at the closed door for few more minutes ,still blushing like a mess.
she doesn't know but she felt peace and calm in smith mansion not like in wintose mansion,around Carmine she felt protected not like the way she felt with her own father,she silently sat on coffee table eating the breakfast Carmine bought,she love this care but also terrified to loosen up.Afetr she finished eating she got freshen up as Carmine told,then wore the best outfit she had.as the hour end she heard a knock on her door before it open and Carmine came in a sharp suite ''is that all you have'' he asked

''your clothes, is that all you have''she felt exposed,humiliated,she lowered her head tears trying to jump out of slowly she nod,it was barely visible,at that he felt like he's the biggest asshole in the world,his fingers curl into fists '' stay here for a minute'' with that he disappear for five minute, he came back carrying a black pleated gown '' this one is my sister's,she is same size as you.....just try it on I'll take you to dress shopping'' he pushed the dress into her hand before bolting out the room
What she didn't know is that dress he specially made for his sister's birthday next week and the dress nearly worth atleast 10 millions,he wasn't going to tell her so he just told whet came into his mouth first
after few minutes he knock on the door again knowing she's not gonna come out on her own ,as he enter the room he throat felt dry,she was absolutely stunning more,all he felt was kissing the life out of her but still he have sworn to himself he won't do anything until they get married''you ready?''he looked everywhere except her face
''follow me'' he left the room opening the door ajar,Leila wait there for a minutes before following him behind.As she approach the car Carmine hold the door opened for her,she felt the heat radiating through her body with the attention he's giving but felt absolutely horrified thinking 'What if he turn out to be same as the father who raised her', she quitely get in to the backseat bow her head after Carmine get in the car pulled out of the mansion,they sat in a uncomfortable silence until Carmine was the first to talk '' Don't you have anything to ask me?''
Leila shivered because she have lot of things to ask but didn't know how to start
''why me?'' she asked for the second time
''Again?''at his question she nodded
''same answer then'' Leila's shoulder slumped
she want to hear a complete answer.she want to know why he choosed her over Milly 'the perfect daughter'
''Is that all?'' Leila looked at him for really ,this is the first time she got the courage to look at him.she saw him clearly,sharp jawlines,gray eyes, fierce look yet bit loosen she stare at him for bit before look down

The mall was huge and this was the first time Leila see saw so many people after long time so,she was nervous hiding behind Carmine like a cat, that made Carmine smirk''perfect''he mutter to himself before turn to the kitten who's hiding behind his sleeve
''you scared that much?'' he looked at her with adoration in his eyes his bodyguards were amazed since they never seen their boss showing any emotion,Leila nodded she's scared of everything...sounds,peoples stares everything make her shiver
''hold my hand tight,don't let go''he exdent his hand to her,as she also extend her her hand to him he was the one to interlace their hands together,He hold her hand tight enough not to hurt her but enough to make her not go.
As they walk side by side people stare at her since everyone know Carmine everyone was confused to see him with a girl as they walk through the mall heads turns flashes splashed everywhere he didn't care but Leila,she was full on panic mode barely holding herself together
Carmine saw her shaking like a leaf ,and knew she won't last long before fall apart.He quickly pulled her into the nearest high -end store,as the noises subsided she let out a breath of relief,the staff was confused to see him with a girl specially since there's no event in the mall
The reason nobody can't recognize Leila is Victor,he never made her include in picture people know a second daughter exist but nobody know it's Leila.As for the Milly everyone in the country know she's Victor's elder daughter.
Carmine sat on the couch pulling Leila with him
