we were sitting on a giant dining table when the waiter came to us and asked for what we wanted.
I Reluctantly declined stating that i wasn't hungry but Amelia ordered for me anyway.
She stated that the dinner is on them, so i decided to also order takeout for mom.
She said she had no problem so we were fine.
As i was quite hungry i started chowing down my food when, Milia stated.
"We should review whatever happened in today's battle... rachael take out the notebook!"
"Mhm!"
Rachael took out her notebook as she started noting down what happened.
"Vade, let's start with you!"
"Hmm?"
"Tell us what happened against the predator."
I thought for i bit and than answered.
"If i remember correcty..."
And than i told her the whole story after which she answered.
"So you fell unconcious... or died? And than every thing is blank after that?"
"Yup!"
"Hmm! I see!"
"As per us, Nathon... the stalker sent the monster your way or that was what he stated!"
"Aah! so he was the master!"
i stated as i remembered what that monster said as it killed me.
"Based on what we know... You killed Nathon, who was a presumable demon class. On top of that you killed the Predator aswell."
"So ofcourse you'll get all the money for the enemies you defeated!"
Amelia stated.
"What? I actually don't know if i actually killed it or not!"
I Stated in a panic as i didn't wanna get into any legal trouble.
"Don't worry, we have already declared you as the killler when we gave both the corpses!"
Milia said something outrageous as i had my mouth agape.
"So... in total you should get around 20 gold coins for killing the 2... since we helped with nathon's case we will each take 50 silvers and Frey should rightfully take 1 gold with the remaining 6 going to vade! And ofcourse the 10 gold for killing the Predator will be yours too!"
That's some generosity!
But what if the original owner came and claimed it?
Well, honestly that's not possible since we have the corpse.
So i should take god's tempting offer and pay off my debt with Milia.
That way, i can stay far away from her and they'll eventually forget about me.
"I... see, than i'm going to give all that money to milia, including interest i guess i'll be 1 gold short but... i'll be sure to pay it back properly."
"Huh? There's no need..."
"What are you going to do after you pay that debt? Are you going to continue working in these sewers?"
"Huh? I mean, maybe for the next 10 months and after that... I'm honestly not sure what i'll do after the contract date expires."
I stated, being completely honest with my thoughts.
"I see, than... why don't you pay the compelsation fee for breaching your contract and come back to work for us?"
I couldn't process what she said for a second.

"It may be selfish of us to ask after we kicked you out... but, we'd like you to come back and work for us."
She stated, again.
What? Why would you ask me such a thing?
"I... I..."
I was going to reject them because this didn't sit right with me.
Like seriously?
Are you asking me that because you feel i might have some kind of talent and now you want me back?
Wouldn't you just kick me out again if i seemed to be useless again?
Because... i don't even know if i'm strong and even if i were...
I Don't know how to harness that power.
So if i don't succeed, i know i'm done for.
But at the same time... being in their group will earn me atleast 40 gold for 3 months, so breaking my contract and paying 10 gold and going to their party isn't a bad idea because i'll be earning 40 times more than what i earn here...
Working in the sewage gives me nothing but self deprication at my own condition.
But since it filled our bellies every day i won't disrespect it.

I saw Frey's eyes twitch a bit when she grabbed my hands but... i didn't think too much about it.
"Fine... i'll come back."
I said, as i scratched my head embarrissingly
"For real? Thankssss!!!"
She stated with a joyous face.
And so... i was bought back into the party that once kicked me out.
Ofcourse... even if they don't kick me out in a a year which is unlikely... I'll leave voluntarily.
The things they told me, the words they spewed against me and everything else...
This relationship with them was never supposed to be mended.
It is broken and it will forever stay that way.
And i seriously don't wanna be a 3rd wheel in the story of another man's harem.
I don't know what i might have to seefor the next 3 months in their mansion but as long as i ignore it and stay in my own space until lil sis takes over... i'll probably be able to get out of this hell hole!
It may not be one now but imagine being in the house of a man and various other women getting intimate with him...
