The rain hadn't stopped. The old harbor was now silent, with only small flames dancing among the metal debris.
Alaska stood in front of his black car, staring at the sea with a hard expression and tired eyes. Kenan approached, holding a jacket for him.
"Rave got away again," he said quietly. "I've deployed men to every exit route out of the city, but his trail is gone."
"He won't get far," Alaska replied flatly. "He's too arrogant to hide for long."
"Still about revenge?" Kenan studied him closely. "Or Alana?"
Alaska didn't answer. He just stared at the sea, then muttered softly, "Both."
At the Temporary Base
Alana sat in the lounge, holding her wounded arm. Vina and Eca, her two friends who came after hearing about the kidnapping, looked at her with concern.
"Al, seriously… this is all too crazy," Eca said. "That guy is not normal."
"He's not a guy," Vina interjected quickly. "He's a storm in human form."
Alana gave a faint smile.
"You don't understand. I don't fully understand him either. But somehow, I can't leave him."
"Because of love?" Eca asked. "Or fear?"
Alana was silent for a long time, then whispered, "Maybe both."
In the Underground Secret Room
Kenan opened an old safe in the dark basement of the base. Inside were old files and photographs, including one of him, Rave, and a teenage boy clearly a young Alaska.
He exhaled heavily.
"You'll never understand, Al…" he murmured.
"All of this was planned long before you became anyone."
Footsteps approached, and he looked up quickly. Alaska stood in the doorway, staring coldly.
"Since when have you been keeping photos with Rave?"
Kenan closed the safe slowly.
"I was going to explain."
"Explain now," Alaska's voice was sharp, almost threatening.
"Rave… he's my older brother, Al."
A long silence filled the room. Alaska stared, disbelief etched on his face.
"You're joking, right?"
"I wish I were," Kenan whispered.
"But blood can't be erased, Alaska. Rave is my brother, and you… are the pupil he left for me to watch."
Rising Tension
Alaska stepped closer, jaw clenched.
"You've been hiding this from me all this time?" he said coldly.
"You had me help hunt him down, even though he's your family?"
"I never defended him!" Ken shot back. "You know exactly how he destroyed all our lives!"
"But you still lied, Ken!"
"If I told you from the start, would you have believed me?" Ken's eyes were red from anger.
"You had only one goal back then: kill Rave. And you wouldn't listen to any reason!"
Alaska lowered his head, breathing heavily.
"So… from the start… you were a spy?"
Kenan remained silent. That was answer enough.
Upstairs
Alana, hearing the argument through the door, held her breath. She heard the thud of a table and Alaska's restrained voice:
"I trust you more than anyone, Kenan."
"And I protect you more than anyone too, Boss!" Ken shot back loudly.
"But you never realized it everyone around you dies because you keep chasing the past!"
The door suddenly opened. Alana stood there, wide-eyed, as Alaska looked at her with a shattered gaze.
"You heard everything?" he asked softly.
"I didn't mean to…" Alana replied nervously.
"But… you can't keep living like this, Al. You lost Aksa; don't lose Kenan too."
Kenan smiled wearily at her.
"Alana is wiser than both of us."
Alaska closed his eyes, trying to contain his emotions.
"I'm just… scared."
"Scared of what?" Alana asked softly.
"Scared that one day you'll leave too. Like everyone I love has."
Alana stepped closer and touched his hand.
"If you keep hiding the truth from everyone, you'll be the one to lose them."
That Night on the Base Balcony
Alaska stood alone. The rain had begun to ease, but his mind remained restless.
Kenan's footsteps approached from behind.
"You don't need to apologize," Ken said softly. "I understand why you're angry."
"I want only one thing, Ken," Alaska replied.
"If Rave really is your brother, then that makes you a target too."
"I know," Kenan stared at the sea with empty eyes.
"And because of that, from now on, I'm not just your right hand. I'll also be your shield."
Alaska looked at him for a long moment. For the first time in a while, his gaze softened slightly.
"I don't need a shield. I need someone I can trust."
Kenan gave a faint smile.
"Then we still have hope, Boss."
Elsewhere…
Rave stood in front of a large screen showing Alaska and Alana from hidden cameras.
"They're getting closer," he murmured.
"Exactly as I planned."
Behind him, a woman emerged from the shadows. Long hair, a small tattoo on her neck reading….Aksa.
