There are many kinds of priests not just one. There are priests of light of darkness. There are Dragon priests demonic priests one of the better known warrior priests and so many more. Yet Magick and gods such as myself are not tied together with Magick as they would make you believe. You can learn it without us.
Who told you any of these things are inherently evil. Humans that are evil choose evil. Gods that are evil chose evil. The word demon is not evil.
