"greetings host, I am an AI system that you would classify as the cheat you got due to reincarnating, in response to your question I have made my prescence known to you in order to answer your question"
The screen types out while also a robotic voice echos in Dave's head
"based on the knowledge that you have i have deduced that you must have died and been re-incarnated in this world and that due to the fact that you seemed to spend a long time in your past life generating images and creating AI characters, fate or some form of god has given you me as a way to allow you to live a better new life, the reason is unkown as to why as you currently do not have enough data to determine the actual cause or reasoning." States the AI
"Wait, you don't know for sure why I'm here or why I have you as a system" Dave replied in shock
"correct, my knowledge is limited by your knowledge, whatever you know I know, whatever you don't know I don't know, but due to being an AI i am able to more easily access this infomation compared to you as I am not limited by a human mind, my theory about gaining powers, reincarnation and gods is all based on your past life's knowledge of anime and light novels as there is no other infomation that correlates better to the situation you find yourself in" explains the AI, answering Dave's questions one at a time with no emotion
"so in other words we have no actual knowledge on what happened and this is essentially guess work based on the fantasy novels based on similar things that have happened to people only in stories" Dave asks with a deadpan face

"i'm in another world with no idea what the hell is going on and all I get is the company of a AI that seems to think that light novels and fantasy from my past life can be used as fact" Dave says burying his head in his hands"
"negative, I only used them as a basis as there is no actual facts to back up any other theory and am using the process of elimination that even data the smallest chance of being true has a possibility of being true if there is nothing else that has more data surpporting it" the AI stated to correct Dave's interpretation of its theory
"I am also able to do much more than theorize, would you like me to infrom you of my main functions" it states to show what it was truely capable of
"so you're not just an AI to help me, what can you...."
Just as Dave was about to ask about the main function the door to his room suddenly opens
