Jay's Pov
Keifer: "What?" he almost shouted,
I got startled a little,
Jay: "Why are you shouting ? what happened?"
Keifer: "Freya Hidalgo is getting married? when did she decide it?"
Jay: "why is she you cousin or friend?"
he shoot me a look before saying,
Keifer: "She is my ex" my eyes widened when he said that,
Jay: "Wait, What?" Now he looked shocked
Jay: "Is she really your ex?"
he nodded and asked, "Yes, why?"
Jay: "The groom is my ex" now it was his turn to be shocked, we were just staring at each other after the revelations being made,
Keifer: "Wait you mean to say, that we both together will be doing wedding planning for our exes wedding together"
My face scrunched when he said that,
It felt really weird when he said, I just nodded my head,
Keifer: "Why the hell did you accept planning your ex wedding?" he asked judging me,
I gave him a glare,
Jay: "Its business it has nothing to do with my personal life"
He gave me a look that said okay now the truth,
I sighed and
Jay: "Fine, he wanted to do his wedding in a budget and plus he really admire my work"
Keifer: "But how could you?"
Jay: "Well I guess, I have soft spot for some people I guess"
Keifer: "But did she decide to marry him, he doesn't even look that good compared to me"
I scoffed and said, "He has much better manners and he is handsome than you"
He just adjusted his tie and said, "No Way
Keifer: "Wait a minute, you defended him"
Jay: "So?"
Keifer: "Do you still have feelings for this guy?"
I remained silent,
Keifer: "Ohh, that's why"
Jay: "Stop please"
Keifer: "When did you break up?"
Jay: "4 months ago"
Keifer: "No way, that is when our break up also happened, Do you think they cheated on us?"
Jay: "No, I don't think so, he is decent guy"
Keifer: "But they broke up with us 4 months ago and decided to get married"
Jay: "Yeah I understand it hurts"
Keifer: "But what if?" he said and raised his eyebrows,
Jay: "What?" I ask being clueless about what he is up to,
Keifer: "What if we stop this wedding and try to get them back?"
Jay: "Are you out of your mind?"
Keifer: "Just think about it, it might be destiny that brought us together to get our love back"
Jay: "Do you watch a lot of movies? we cannot do anything they are in love and they are getting married"
Keifer: "Well they were with us 4 months ago"
I couldn't reply,
Keifer: "Okay, fine what if we both act cozy with each other in front of them and see if they are affected or not then we can decide"
Jay: "You really are out of your mind, I am not putting on any fake drama here"
Keifer: "So, you are saying you completely moved on from him and can do all the arrangement for the wedding"
I hesitated when he said that,
Keifer: "See"
Jay: "Fine I might have feelings for him but it doesn't mean I am going to stop his wedding "
Keifer: "Okay, fine how about this, We just act like we are dating and if they are affected they also like us back"
Jay: "I don't want to fake date you, I already have lots of problem, can't add you to the list"
he sighed,
Keifer: "You know sometimes you just have to take a chance, you don't know it until you try, just like we are taking chances from preventing your company to sink "
What he said totally made sense,
Jay: "You are really being a bad influence in me"
he grinned when I said that,
Keifer: "So when are we going to meet them?"
Jay: "They have 2 openings either today evening or tomorrow morning, they will text me in an hour"
Keifer: "Okay, we can finish drafting and signing the contract in the mean time, it take hours"
Jay: "Okay, I'll call my associate"
We started working with the paper work, In the mean I received a text that said, "We will have the meeting tomorrow" It was from David, I sighed and told about it to Keifer,
But it didn't matter now because we still have work pending to do, We kept working, and but the time we were done it was almost late evening,
Jay: "Finally we are done"
Keifer: "Yes"
Jay: "Okay, how about I see you tomorrow?"
Keifer: "Well how about you go on a dinner with me now?"
Jay: "Ahnn??"
