"So she is the one?" Alice said getting up.
"Hello," Sabrina said unsure if she should be greeting her or not, she seemed to not be in a good condition.
"How are you doing, Princess?" Alice said shocked at how polite Sabrina turned out to be even though her current condition, "She is a really fine lady,"
"Sabrina, this is Alice, she is a witch," Lucian said and Sabrina gasp and turned again to look at Alice who showed her her true features, she saw the slit eyes and the snake like tongue hissing out she also has cracked skin, Sabrina was startled that she staggered back, she had never seen a witch in her life, this was her first time, she came across one.
"A witch?" Sabrina asked again.
"What's wrong, pretty. Haven't you seen one before?" Alice asked.
"No...." Sabrina shook her head
"Well this is how a witch looks like," Alice said with her features changing back to normal, "So what are you couple here for?" She asked.
"Go ahead," Lucian said to Sabrina.
"I am a mermaid, a Queen mermaid, I haven't been able to unleash my full abilities, actually none, so maybe you could help me with it?" Sabrina asked politely.
"I can do that but we would have to perform a ritual and we will need some requirements to be able to perform it," Alice said.
"Which are?" Lucian was the one to ask.
"Blood of a pure blooded vampire, blood of a pure breed werewolf and also your own blood, that's all we need to perform the ritual to awaken her abilities," Alice said with a grin.
Sabrina turned to look at Lucian and suddenly he heard her thoughts, Can we trust her? She had asked. We can, he had replied, Great you have just been able to unleash one of your many abilities and she smiled.
Alice stood confused as the couple kept staring at each other, they seem so in love, she grinned.
"If you are a Queen mermaid, then you should stay hidden till you have your full powers," Alice started and both Lucian and Sabrina broke eye contact, She knows? Sabrina turned to look at Lucian and he nodded, "Witches would be after you," Alice said again.
"Thank you for the advice but she would be safe because I will be protecting her," Lucian said with a grin.
They soon teleported back into Lucian's office, Sabrina looked at Lucian.
"Where do we get the requirements for the ritual?" Sabrina asked in worry.
"My blood, your blood and Lyon's blood," Lucian said with a grin.
"He doesn't know that I am a mermaid," Sabrina said.
"Well do you trust him?" Lucian asked and Sabrina nodded, "Then we can tell him about you being one,"
"Yes.... My abilities are starting to awaken, I can read minds and can talk to you telepathically," she said smiling.
"Yes and we would soon discover more of your abilities," Lucian grinned.
"It is all thanks to you, Lucian," Sabrina said smiling at Lucian, as she walked closer to him and embraced him in a tight hug, smiling. Lucian grinned patting her gentle on her back.
Lyon sat in his office, as an Alpha he had his own office, he thought about Sabrina, Sabrina is now married to another man, who doesn't love her or cherish her the way he does, how could this have happened, he thought, only if he knew he would have proposed to her earlier when she was still around but he hadn't and now she is married to that crazy vampire, the love of his life was now being tortured by a devil, he shook his head unhappily, he heard a knock on his door and his beta Nicolas walked in and sat opposite Lyon after bowing.
"Any news about the witches?" Lyon asked Nicolas.
"They are killing more werewolves, we have got to do something," Nicolas said worriedly, as Lyon suddenly hit his fists on the table, in anger.
"No matter what we do to those damn witches, they still end up defeating us, I went on a journey and lost the woman I love just to get a means on how to destroy those witches, still no progress!" Lyon snapped in anger and Nicolas only opened his mouth at what his Alpha exposed, he loved someone? Nicolas thought.
"It will all be well, we will defeat those witches, I believe that we will and I heard that George has had a vision on how we can defeat the witches," Nicolas said and Lyon raised an eyebrow.
"Call George in," Lyon ordered and soon George, a brown haired werewolf walked in and sat beside Nicolas in front of Lyon, "I was told you had a vision, you didn't mention that to me, George," Lyon frowned.
"I was going to but you were always busy," George said.
"Alright, tell me about it?"
"It is on how we would be able to defeat the witches, the moon has showed me on how we would be able to do that, there is a creature coming our way, I don't know when but that's what the moon said, it said the creature is not of our kind-"
"A vampire?" Nicolas asked.
"No, but it didn't say but all we need to know is that the creature is going to come to us, we will help it and it will help us," George said.
"That's a good news," Nicolas smiled, "At least we would be able to defeat those witches,"While they were inside, a man walked in and bowed.
"Yes, John?" Lyon asked looking at the werewolf.
"The prince and his wife are here to meet you, should I let them in?" John said, and Lyon was surprised at what he just heard.
"Let them in," he said and the others left.
While Lucian and Sabrina was entering the werewolf territory and going into Lyon's office, Beth saw them and was surprised.
"What are they doing here?" She asked herself as she sneaked to the door of Lyon's office and leaned her head to the surface of the door, listening.
"Lyon," she heard Sabrina's voice.
Sabrina embraced Lyon, who also hugged her back, Lucian glared at them both.
"We came here for something else and definitely not to give my wife to you," Lucian said with a glare as they pulled away from each other.
"Sit down, please,"Lyon said talking to Sabrina but Lucian sat also anyways, "How are you doing, Sabrina?"
"Am doing fine," Sabrina replied with a smile.
"And so am I," Lucian grinned.
"What are you both here for?"
"We have come to ask for your help," Sabrina said and Lyon frowned confused.
"With what?"
"First of all, I am a mermaid-"
"You are what!" Lyon said shocked and Beth gasped outside also shocked with her eyes widen, she grinned.
"She is a mermaid but hasn't got her abilities yet and also she isn't an ordinary mermaid but a Queen of her people," Lucian explained and Lyon's eyes widen, Beth also shocked, she grinned and left.
"My people are in danger in the hands of witches, and they seek the help of their Queen which is me, but I haven't been able to unleash my full abilities and time is ticking fast," Sabrina said, worried, "We have gone to visit a witch we trust and she said for me to be able to unleash my full abilities, we needed to perform a ritual, she needs a little blood from a pure blooded vampire, a pure breed werewolf and my blood,".
"Go straight to the point," Lucian said coldly, "We need a little amount of your blood, my blood and her blood to get the ritual done," Lucian said with a smile.
"Alright, I will give you my blood. So I guess you are the creature the moon has sent to assist us in defeating the witches," Lyon said smiling and both Sabrina and Lucian frowned in confusion.
"What do you mean?" Lucian asked.
"One of my pack saw a vision saying there would be a creature different from ours or the vampires that will come to us for help and would also help us in defeating the witches," he explained.
"I want to destroy the witches and so do you, so we work together in achieving our goals," Sabrina smiled.
When they arrived home, Rosaline hugged Lucian tight in the corridor of their room, Sabrina had already retreated to her own room.
"I have missed you," Rosaline said in a soft tone as she hugged Lucian tight, "When I arrived I couldn't find you, then Vincent said you went out with Sabrina, where did you go to?" She asked looking up at Lucian's face
"We went to get something done urgently," he replied, "And I have missed you more," he said as he hugged her back, he loved her, he knew but strangely he was caring for another woman, he didn't understand his heart anymore. Rosaline kissed him and he kissed her back but strangely didn't feel like he always does, whenever she touched him, together they went to his room.
Beth sat in a room that night with Vivian and Penelope.
"What is it that you have to tell us, Beth?" Penelope asked confused.
"Something very interesting and shocking you won't believe your ears," Beth said with a grin on her pretty face.
"Which is? Stop putting us in suspense and just let the cat out of the bag," Vivian spoke frowning.
"I saw the Prince and Sabrina today at our territory," Beth said smiling from ear to ear mischievously.
"Why were they there?" Penelope asked, confused along with Vivian.
"They came to ask help from our Alpha," Beth said, "The big news is that Sabrina is a mermaid,"
"What!" Both Vivian and Penelope said indeed shocked to hear the news.
"Are you telling the truth?" Penelope asked with widen eyes.
"I am, I heard them discussing in Lyon's office and she is not just an ordinary mermaid but a Queen,"
"She is a Queen!" Vivian asked and Beth nodded
