"Monsters—noo, ewww, gross—haa…" Travis gagged dramatically as bile rose in his throat. The sight was disgusting and irritating. And seriously—why hadn't anyone said anything earlier?!
"Derek!!!" he screamed, horrified and offended at the same time.
But… wait.
Why hadn't the monsters attacked all this while?
What was happening in this world?
Zombies? Mutants? Brain-dead noodles??
He didn't even understand anymore. Why didn't they take at least one bite of his yummy flesh?
Yes, his flesh was delicious—very delicious—but he would never tell anyone that. If they found out, not one soul would let him rest.
So he narrowed his eyes at the creatures.
"Why aren't you people eating me yet? Or am I not enough for you?" Travis demanded, offended and confused.
Kai groaned loudly in the background—for the hundredth time today.
"Can we all go now? I'm tired already. What happened to going to the tribe to save your people?" Kai announced impatiently.
