Aria
The screams of several people made me realize that the lighting pole was really falling towards me. Time seemed to slow down as I watched the lamppost fall towards me.
My legs felt like jelly, and I sat down with my eyes wide open, my body stiff and unable to move.
Until the light pole finally fell, I closed my eyes in fear, the screams around me becoming louder than before.
The loud sound of the pole hitting the ground made my body jump in fear, fragments of asphalt and sparks of electricity hitting my skin.
"Miss!" Stacy ran towards me with a pale face.
I dared to open my eyes, and my body tensed when I saw the pole fall right next to me. I finally let out the breath I had been holding when I realized that the pole had not hit me.
When Stacy arrived, she immediately covered my body with a thick blanket. I could feel my body shaking violently as Stacy hugged me and tried to take me away from there.
