When the sun rise in the morning I heard commotion in the living room I was still wrapped in bandages, my body was still in pain so I opened the door and started walking towards the living room. When I passed the corner of the hallway I saw a guy sitting on a chair next to the sofa when I was going to sit down it was tough for me to move my body so I asked Emy in Spanish to help me but she did not understand what I had said to my surprise the guy sitting on the chair said "Necesitas ayuda ahí, amigo" meaning do you need help there my friend in my mind I was very surprised that he spoke Spanish as well so I answered "Sí señor, necesito ayuda para sentarme" meaning Yes sir I do need help sitting down then he asked Emy and Ethan to help me sit down
When I sat down he started talking me in my language that I understand "The reason why I'm here is because Your foster parents Ethan and Emy are really worried about your health so I'm here to help you they have told me that you have a pain on your back" I told him "Yes I do" then he ask me "Do you know English a little bit Then I tell him "I kind of understand English just a little bit but I can put two and two together to help me understand" after I said that he got up from his chair and ask how old is he Emy "He ten sir" she replied then the guy the guy walks up to me and stick off his hand. When he did that I thought he was going to hit me due to the past experiences of being bullied and beaten on by the older kid the were there at the foster center so when he stick his arm out I curled up into a ball and yelled out "Por favor, no me pegues" meaning don't hit me please, as soon as I did that the man was in shock and asked Emy if he's has been hit by anyone. Emy tells him "he has never been hit by us or anyone in a matter of fact then the guy tells them "Well thank you for letting me talk to him I will be back in a few days to check on him
After he left Emy and Ethan comes up to me and sits right by me to comfort me and to calm me down while they were hold me Emy ask if I will like to put a shirt on I tell here in English the best I can "NNNo th th thank you Emy It Itches my bbback" after I said that I asked Emy and Ethan will you ever hit me then Emy said "No Emmanuel we will never hit you ever your a child that we love with all are life and we won't let anything happen to you". After she said that I felt less scared and I knew that I'm safe now then I fell asleep on Emy lap relax and calm now.
