As Noxan walked home he saw two kids dancing together.
They were both around 14,the same age as him and Sylas. They laughed and hugged each other.
It didn't look like they were together romantically, but rather bestfriends.
Noxan watched in tears as those two kids transformed into him and Sylas.
They both were shining under the sun. The wind made the trees wobble, the sound of the leaves threw him back, and he saw that the two kids looked at him, creeped out in disgust.
For the rest of the walk he wished that he could be at least that good friends with Sylas.
*Even if they don't share the same feelings, let us both feeldeeply. Sylas doesn't have to like me romantically like I do, to be friends with him is enough.*
At the same moment he had these thoughts, the sun got covered in clouds.
*What am I thinking? How could he be friends with someone who loves him like I do?*
He walked up the hill.
One street away from his home, like he only had one hard step left before coming closer to Sylas.
One step before comfort.
*I already talked and laughed with him now I just need to ask him to be friends.*
As Noxan entered his room and jumped into his bed, he had the urge to draw something. Noxan wasn't the best at drawing, but he had some decent skills.
He grabbed his sketchbook and Sylas his pen.He put the pen on the paper but didn't know what to draw.
Noxan closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and let his arm glide through the magic of coincidences. He kept his eyes closed until he finished.
As Noxan opened his eyes he saw a vision, he instantly saw a tree in his drawn fate.
As Noxan drew the tree, he added himself and Sylas hanging on the tree, or leaning on the stem eating from one sandwich together, there lips nearly to touching.
A leaf that dropped, which resembled Noxan, was picked up by Sylas. So hidden, yet so powerful.
The longer Noxan looked at the tree, the more he drew on it. A river flowed that seemed endless.
The final product showed how strongly Noxan imagines Sylas, how hard he wants their bond to be. The picture also had a hidden deep message of how much Sylas actually saved him from falling.
Night arrived soon. The sky had more stars than ever, but Noxan didn't need them today.
He went onto his bed with a good feeling. He felt a little more connected with Sylas than before.
How he looked in the locker, how he looked at the teacher, how he looked in the picture, they all were blessings formed by angels.
