Chapter 2 - Chapter - 2 The Voldemort Returns

The story shifts to the home of Harry Potter. Harry is shown peacefully sleeping on his bed, with Ginny resting beside him. A gentle smile forms on Harry's face as he dreams—until sudden flashes interrupt his sleep. In his dream, Harry finds himself standing at Hogwarts, facing a dark, shadowy figure. "Who are you?" Harry shouts. "Show yourself!"

Memories of his final battle with Voldemort flood his mind—how he defeated the Dark Lord once and for all. But now, in his dream, Voldemort's image returns, attacking James, Albus, and Rose, stabbing them before Harry's eyes.Harry wakes up in terror, shouting—

"No! Albus! James! Rose!"

Ginny sits up instantly.

"Harry, what happened?"

Harry struggles to breathe. Ginny quickly pours water into a glass and hands it to him.Harry takes a sip, but his mind remains clouded with fear.

"I can't feel right, Ginny," he says weakly. "I'm going to Hogwarts."

Ginny looks worried.

"Why?"

"I can't say anything right now," Harry replies. "I'll come back as soon as possible. Take care of Lily."

"Harry, tell me what happened!" Ginny insists.

Harry clutches his head, the pain unbearable.

"I… I want to see my children. I need to make sure they're okay."

Without another word, Harry rushes out, takes his car, and uses magic to make it fly into the night sky.

Meanwhile, at the Weasleys' home, Hermione suddenly gasps for air, feeling an unshakable dread.

"Ron… shall we go to Hogwarts? I need to see if Rose, James, and Albus are safe."

Ron tries to stay calm.

"Everything will be okay. We sent them there to learn magic. I feel the same, but we shouldn't alarm them by showing up suddenly."

"What do you mean you feel the same?" Hermione asks sharply.

Ron avoids the question.

"You should rest, Hermione."

Hermione shakes her head.

"I'm Rose's mother. I can't rest until I know she's safe."

"And I'm her father," Ron replies quietly.

"You don't understand a mother's heart," Hermione says sadly.

Ron looks down, guilt washing over him.Harry calls them both. Hermione answers and hands the phone to Ron.

"Harry, we're sorry. We didn't see your calls," Ron says.

"Come outside," Harry replies urgently. "I need you both."

When Hermione and Ron step out, they find Harry waiting.

"Harry, why are you here at midnight?" Ron asks.

"I don't know," Harry admits. "I just… feel something bad. I'm worried about our kids."

"You too?" Hermione asks. "You've been having the same feeling?"

"Do you?" Harry asks.

"Yes," Hermione nods. "I've been having nightmares. Someone's trying to attack Albus and Rose. I wanted to go to Hogwarts, but Ron—"

"Didn't have the heart to believe me," Hermione finishes. "Let's go, Harry."

They run to Harry's car—only to find the engine burned.

"Damn it," Harry mutters. "Ron, are you coming with us or not?"

"Of course," Ron says. "What would I do without you both?"

Harry smiles faintly.

"Then let's go."

Hermione shakes her head.

"No cars. We'll use brooms—it's faster."

The trio grabs their brooms and soars into the night toward Hogwarts.

At Hogwarts, a loud scream echoes—

"Ahhh!"

Professor Minerva McGonagall wakes abruptly, pours herself a glass of water, and sighs.

"I don't know why I can't sleep peacefully anymore… perhaps too much coffee at night."

Her heartbeat quickens. She looks around, uneasy. On a nearby table lies an old photograph—Minerva with Harry, Ron, and Hermione, all smiling. She picks it up and whispers softly:

"Sweet children… it feels like yesterday they graduated. And now I teach their children—pure, honest, and brave."

A faint smile crosses her face.Suddenly, behind her, a dark figure appears. His eyes glow red beneath a black hood.Minerva senses someone standing close. The lights flicker and go out. Books fall to the floor.

"How dare you enter my room without permission?" she demands, raising her wand. "Show yourself—or face my magic!"

The hooded man steps forward slowly. Minerva's breath catches; her voice trembles.

"Vol—"

Before she can finish, he strikes. She tries to defend herself but is overpowered.

"I won't destroy everything," the man hisses. "But I will destroy those who helped Harry Potter defeat me."

Minerva screams in pain as she collapses, her body paralyzed.

"I'll leave you alive for now," the figure says coldly. "You'll watch as I kill Harry Potter and his friends—then destroy Hogwarts."

Minerva, trembling and crying, whispers her last words before fainting:

"Harry Potter… save Hogwarts…"

Albus wakes suddenly as a glass falls beside his bed. He thinks he hears someone scream. Looking around, he spots a family photo—Harry, Ginny, Lily, James, and himself. He leaves his room to investigate and spots a dark figure in the corridor.

"Who are you?" Albus asks. "What are you doing here?"

The figure remains silent.

"Do you need help? You look… old. Show yourself, or I'll use my wand!"

Before he can react, the man disappears. Confused, Albus returns to his room, sits on his bed, and mutters,

"Did Dad get my letter or not?"

Suddenly, the same man appears again—smiling. Albus raises his wand.

"Don't get angry like your father, Harry Potter," the man says. "I'm your dad's old friend. My name is… Voldemort."

Voldemort laughs bitterly, his eyes burning with rage.

"Sweety, your friend won't wake up easily," he mocks. "He's under my spell."

Albus tries to cast a spell, but Voldemort stops him effortlessly.

"Spells work only when cast with heart, not fear."

He lifts his wand and strikes Albus, who collapses, barely conscious. Albus throws his bracelet to the floor before Voldemort lifts him onto his shoulder and vanishes.

Moments later, Harry, Ron, and Hermione arrive at Hogwarts. Harry holds Albus's letters tightly. They rush to McGonagall's office.

"Professor McGonagall?!" Hermione calls.

They find her unconscious.

"Please wake up!" Ron shouts.

Hermione sprinkles water on her face. Minerva struggles to speak.

"He's… cam… Vol… save… Hogwarts…"

She faints again. Hermione cries beside her.

"We have to find Albus," Harry says firmly.

"What are you talking about?" Hermione asks. "We can't leave her like this!"

"I'll explain later," Harry says. "Come with me."

They rush to Albus's room—but he's gone.

"Albus! Albus!" Harry calls.

He spots the bracelet on the floor and picks it up. Frank lies motionless on the other bed, under a sleeping spell.

"Something's not right," Ron mutters.

"Let's search for Albus," Hermione says. "Whatever happens, we're with you, Harry."

They draw their wands and head out.

Meanwhile, James Sirius Potter wakes and notices the trees outside burnt to ash.

"What happened to the trees? How did they burn in this wind?"

He rushes to Albus's room but finds it empty.

"I should've believed him… Albus is in danger."

Rose and Scorpius run toward him in panic. Rose trips, but James catches her.

"Why are you running at midnight?" James asks.

"I came looking for you," Rose says breathlessly.

Scorpius explains,

"My friend Jenna saw Professor Trelawney unconscious—turning blue, as if under a spell. I told Rose because she's good with healing magic."

"I also saw the trees burning," Rose adds. "Albus might've been right all along. I hate to admit it, but we need your help, James."

"I can't smile right now," James says seriously. "If anything happens to Albus, I'll never forgive myself."

"Then let's find him," Rose replies.

The three exchange determined looks and rush out together.

Outside the castle, Harry, Ron, and Hermione reach the lawn—where they see a tall figure carrying someone on his shoulder. They raise their wands.

"Show yourself!" Harry shouts.

Hermione's spell pulls away the dark cloak—revealing Albus, unconscious.

"Albus!" Harry and Hermione cry."Leave him!" Ron demands. "Who are you?"

The man turns slowly. Harry clutches his head in pain as his scar glows.

"Ahh…" he groans.

"Harry, what's wrong?" Hermione asks.

Harry looks up—eyes wide.

"Voldemort," he whispers.
