Ruby paced in her room.
Over the phone, Jeremy Dyson had only assured her of one thing – he wasn't the one who had handed her contract over to Julien !!
As if she would believe that!
Ruby gritted her teeth.
Still, she could do nothing about that.
After the call, she had completely lost every cell of her wits as she collapsed onto the bed with a heavy heart.
'Is there really no way out of this?'
Ruby sighed, her gaze drifting as she took in her surroundings. For the next two months, this would likely be where she and Daniel spent their nights.
The room wasn't small to be fair. Although incomparable to the expensive flat she had temporarily stayed in thanks to Aaron Young, it was nearly the same size as the entire place she owned back in Caldris.
