CHAPTER 7 — THE SIX MONTHS OF INSANE TRAINING
Aricus began teaching Lare advanced mana control, high-level spells, and ten sword techniques.
But Lare's comprehension was not normal.
It was monstrous.
If Aricus explained one line, Lare understood ten.
If he demonstrated one slash, Lare copied all ten variations.
Aricus (shocked):
"How are you learning so fast?!"
Lare:
"Dunno. My brain just works better than yours."
Raen:
"That means he has a brain. You sure you don't?"
Aricus kicked Raen.
Raen kicked him back.
They both rolled on the ground like angry chickens.
Lare sighed.
During these six months…
Lare unlocked High Understander Level 4
He could train even during sleep
His imaginary realm sharpened his intelligence
He became terrifying
Even Aricus secretly admitted:
Aricus:
"Lare… you're the biggest monster I've ever seen."
Lare:
"Thanks. You're the loudest prince I've ever seen."
One day, in the middle of training, Aricus and Raen got into another fight.
Raen punched him.
Aricus punched back.
Both fell on the ground at the same time.
Lare:
"You two fight like drunk chickens."
Raen:
"Better than being a potato like you!"
Lare:
"…I'll break your nose."
The comedy never stopped.
But finally, the day arrived.
The day Aricus would awaken his God Body.
Just as they prepared for the ritual—
A heavy boot landed beside them.
A tall man in dark red armor stepped forward, cape fluttering.
Harvis, Captain of the 9th Battalion.
Harvis:
"Prince Aricus. Lare. Raen.
His Majesty received reports of strange mana here…
What are you three planning?"
Aricus whispered:
Aricus:
"…Don't tell him."
Lare whispered back:
Lare:
"I will tell him if you annoy me."
Harvis crossed his arms.
Harvis:
"I can hear you both."
Raen ran behind Lare.
Raen:
"Sir Harvis, they're doing something crazy again!"
Aricus:
"TRAITOR!"
Harvis sighed deeply.
Harvis:
"Fine. I'll watch. If anybody dies, I will personally drag your ghosts back
