(Third Person POV)
"Do you know what you're getting yourself into, eh?" Shiki said as both he and Mikael were standing in a large makeshift arena, surrounded by a sea of spectating pirates, "This ain't something you want to deal with, Jihahahaha!"
Mikael was crossing his arms, a frown on his face, "You're the one who got me into this thing to begin with!" He said, an annoyed tone, "Who the hell do you think you are?"
"I'm the one who's going to get Rocks to join my crew and shake the seas, Jihaha!" Shiki smirked, "Once I am done beating your-"
"Alright, shut the hell up." Xebec spoke up as he stood at the side of the arena, "Like I said, this is a special type of match. Sure, you can beat the shit out of each other all you want but there are two rules! You fight until either of you is out cold! Or you fight until one of your dumb asses leaves the arena. You got that?"
"Yea, yea, yea." Shiki said dismissively, "This will be a walk in the park, relax."
Xebec smirked, "Yea, you'd think so, eh?" He said, "But only a fool would think that. You see, anything could happen. You so much as step outside, you lose! Vohahaha!"
Stussy was sitting down on the couch next to Newgate, "Good luck, Mikael!" She said with a smile, "Don't lose, Rocks would hate to be under that fool."
"Who ya calling a fool, Stussy!" Shiki shouted as he drew his blades, "We doing this or what?!"
Mikael was staring at him with a focused expression, as if he was studying Shiki's posture and mannerisms.
Xebec crossed his arms and smirked, "Oi, referee!" He called out, "Start the match!"
A man wearing a striped shirt walked out and blew a whistle, "Get it on!!" He said as he waved his hand down, "Ya damned ruffians!"
Shiki launched himself into the air, flying up as he laughed maniacally, "Jihahahaha! What do you have to do about this??" He said mockingly, stopping several dozen feet away from Mikael, "Ehhh????"
"Oi, isn't that against the rules?" John hiccupped, "What's this dumbass doing?"
"Well, there's only two of them and neither of them say anything about flying." Ganzui said with a chuckle, "This might be fun."
Xebec smirked, "That fucking guy....."
Newgate was looking up, "He's a bit impulsive, but that power of his gives him an advantage." He said seriously, his arms crossed, "Even if this Mikael fellow throws him out, Shiki can simply use his power to keep himself from touching the outside of the arena. And he can go anywhere so long as he doesn't step on the ground. Should've added more rules, Rocks."
"Nah, this is fine." Xebec said, "I am confident that my guy will win."
"Are you sure?" Newgate raised an eyebrow, "Shiki is right, I don't think he knows haki."
"He might not. Not now at least." Xebec smirked, "But he's strong. I can feel it in my bones."
Mikael was looking up at Shiki, "So....." He said, "You going to stay up there like a scared little girl?"
Shiki sneered, "Ohhh?" He said with a mocking tone, "What are you going to do about it, big boy???"
Mikael sighed, "What a waste of time." He said as he looked down, "I figured someone as notorious as you would be man enough to fight a haki-less scrub like me."
"Jihaha." Shiki said, "If you can't come up here, then you're not worth the trouble, shithead!"
Shiki shot straight down, both of his swords clad in Armament Haki. Within a split second, he reached Mikael and swung his blades at him with terrifying speed, nearly cutting him in half.
Somehow, Mikael was able to dodge the attack and counter with a fierce punch to the face, which nearly connected if Shiki hadn't dodged by shooting back into the air.
"Whoa!" Shiki said with a bit of surprise, "The hell....."
He had used Observation Haki to see the punch coming and was pretty sure that it would have hit him hard. This unsettled Shiki, who raised his swords defensively, his senses telling him that there was suddenly a certain danger coming from Mikael.
Mikael was rubbing his wrist, "You scared?"
"Me? Scared of you?" Shiki scowled, "Don't make me laugh."
"I'm not trying to make you laugh." Mikael said, "I'm just trying to beat your ass, it's not that complex."
"Jihaha..." Shiki laughed, "I'm going to enjoy cutting you to pieces."
Mikael gestured him over, "Well, bring it."
Shiki shot right at him, flying at him with tremendous speed and swinging his sword at him. Mikael used his surprising agility and reflexes to dodge one of his blades, but was caught by the other one. Shiki was able to cut him in the waist, causing him to flinch.
The moment that Shiki felt his blade cut through, he spun in the air and released a cutting attack, using his swordsmanship. The spin shot slices outwards, cutting Mikael up, blood spraying out as he receives shallow wounds.
"Oh my." Stussy said, covering her mouth
"Hm, I'm not that surprised." Newgate said, "As much as a loudmouth Shiki is, he's formidable enough to do this."
"Jihaha!" Shiki laughed as he followed up with a kick to Mikael's face, "Not so cocky now, eh?! You can't even guard yourself properly!"
Shiki thrust his right blade at Mikael, who simply dodged and grabbed his wrist, keeping him in place.
"Eh?" Shiki said, surprised by his grip
Mikael then swung his fist at him, connecting hard with his jaw. Shiki felt the impact of his fist, rattling his entire body.
"Fuck you." Mikael said as he reared his fist back again
Shiki thrust his left blade at him, "No, fuck you!"
Mikael let go of his arm and spun around, avoiding the blade, and then followed up with a kick to his side, causing the pirate to reel to the side as he was still in the air.
"Tch....!!" Shiki said, "Dammit...."
Despite not using armament haki, Mikael was strong enough to rattle Shiki's body with his blows. He was moving quickly enough to catch Shiki off guard, who was cocky enough not to use his Observation Haki at those moments.
Mikael rushed him, jumping up and grabbing Shiki's shoulders, hitting him with a knee to the face. Shiki's head jerked back as he took the blow, a bit of blood spraying out.
"How am I doing this?" Mikael asked, "I'm just improvising yet I am hurting him? No, he's being stupid and cocky. Shiki is stronger than this, it's obvious."
Xebec was watching this with a serious expression, "Hm...."
Stussy noticed this, "What is it?"
Newgate tilted his head, "That guy has taken some wounds." He said, "Yet he's not relenting. His resilience is high, I'll give him that much. But he hasn't impressed me yet. I don't see why Xebec is confident in him. Shiki is still not going all out."
"Is he not going to turn into that big thing?" Xebec thought to himself, "Wait a minute. Is he waiting for the right moment? Hm....."
Back to the fight, Shiki had kicked Mikael in the chest, sending him reeling back several meters. He then flew right at him, tackling him with his shoulder and nearly getting him out of the arena.
"Whoa!" Ganzui said as the pirate crowd roared in cheers, "He almost got him!"
Mikael was still bleeding from his cuts, "Tch..." He said as he punched at Shiki, "Dammit!"
Shiki dodged the punch and cut Mikael's leg, "Jihaha!" He said, "Can't believe yer this weak!"
"Weak?" Mikael said as he tried to punch him
Shiki went to kick his face, but Mikael ducked and rolled forward, getting away from the edge of the arena. He then stood up and jumped back as Shiki rushed him, stabbing at his body.
Mikael dodged his blades and countered with a punch, only for Shiki to block it with the broad of his blade, clad in armament.
"Tch..." He said with a serious scowl
"Yer done~~!!" Shiki said with a murderous glint in his eye, "I have no time for weaklings~~!!"
"Devouring Lion"
Shiki swung his other blade at Mikael, using Advanced Armament Haki to attempt to cleave him in half. But somehow, Mikael avoided the full brunt of the attack, only getting cut superficially. However, the Advanced Armament Haki was able to penetrate his body and inflict the damage intended.
Mikael coughed up blood as he recoiled back, his entire body covered in blood as he collapsed to a knee.
"Shit!" He managed, "T-There's no choice now...."
"He's going to die, Rocks." Stussy called out
Xebec had a serious look on his face, "Hm....."
Shiki was floating in the air, looking at Xebec, "Yer boy can't move much now~! Let me savor this moment before I throw him out the arena for good measure~" He said with a mocking sneer, "Rocks, yer going to be all mine~"
Xebec then smirked, "Am I?"
Newgate suddenly leaned forwards on his seat, "Hm...."
It is as if the two pirates knew something was coming.
And they were right.
Because in the matter of moments, a massive shadow was cast even above Shiki, who was a dozen feet in the air. There was a shocked gasp in the crowd of pirates; everyone looked at what was behind the flying pirate, their eyes widened.
"Eh?" Shiki said as he felt a tense heat
He looked behind him and saw Mikael had transformed in his Full-Beast Form, his eyes glaring right at him.
"There it is!" Xebec said, "Vohahaha!"
Shiki was frozen, completely taken aback by this form, "What-"
Not allowed to react, Shiki was hit by Mikael's massive claws, sent flying out of the arena and crashing into the crow of pirates. A massive shockwave erupted, the ground shattered as several pirates were flung into the air as a result of the impact.
Newgate was watching this with surprise, "What the hell?" he said, "What is that form? A Zoan Devil Fruit?"
Stussy was looking at Mikael's transformation with pure shock, "Rocks, what the hell is he?!" She exclaimed, "This creature is not something I've seen before!"
Xebec laughed maniacally, "Oh yea! Vohahaha!" He said, "Mikael won, didn't he?!"
The referee was looking at the massive dragon in front of them, still standing in the arena. His face was pale and completely shocked.
"Oi!" Xebec's voice snapped him out of it
"O-Oh!" he said, "Y-Yea!! Shiki hit the ground outside of the arena! Mikael won!'
"Dammit!!!" a voice bellowed
From the cloud dust, Shiki was seen wobbling out, some blood running down his forehead was seen.
"Well, shiiiit!" Ganzui said, his arms crossed, "Shiki got his ass beat, huh?"
"Like hell!!" Shiki shouted, "I can still go!"
"Match is over, though." John chuckled, chugging some booze from his bottle, "You lost! Xebec is going to choose someone from your crew."
"I don't have one." Shiki grumbled
"Vohahaha!" Xebec laughed, "Well, yer mine now, you stupid fuck!"
Shiki glared at Mikael, who was silently standing in the arena. His full dragon form was so massive, it nearly took up all of the arena. Shiki was surprised that he hadn't touched the outside of the arena first, but he saw that he was perfectly inside.
"Tch...." Shiki said, "What the fuck was that?"
"My power." Mikael's deep voice was heard, "Don't complain, you used yours. To no avail."
Suddenly, the System Screen appeared in front of Mikael's face.

"Hm...." Mikael said simply
Xebec raised his hands up, "Let's take a break now!" He said with a laugh
"Another one?" Stussy said, having snapped out of the shock
"We'll resume the Davy Back Fight in an hour! Have fun! Have drinks! Have some food!" Xebec said as he pointed at Ganzui and John,
"Right after, I'm taking yer asses!!"
