Hunter turned to see her.
"You are back already."
Claire nodded her head slightly. "Where is Hannah?"
"She has already left, babe"
"What did you call me?"
"Babe. "
"Don't call me that."
"Babe."
"Call me that and you will get a punch on your face."
"Give me the car keys. "
"Do you know where I live."
"I will follow the directions from GPS. Just show me where you live."
Claire shares her home location with him.
"You don't have to be the one driving, after all I am your personal driver from now on."
They go to the car and Hunter drives to Claire's place. Hunter turns off the ignition and removes his seatbelt.
"Don't leave yet."
"What do you want to tell me?"
"My dad has installed cameras in this house. We will be sharing my room. "
"Why is your father very cunning."
"We will have to convince him, so you will be in my room, and you will be sleeping on the floor."
"Why don't you sleep on the floor I Sleep on the bed. "
"I am informing you, not negotiating anything with you."
"Do you have a couch; I can sleep there. "
"No. What do I need a couch for in my room. You will be sleeping on the floor. "
Claire got out of the car and left Hunter in the car. Hunter stuck his tongue out after Claire's silhouette.
"Are you planning on sleeping in the car? If not get out of that car."
Hunter got out and got in the house. Her house was very neat, clean and quite spacious. She showed him to their room. Hunter went in and had a shower first. After the shower, he put on a pair of khaki shorts and a black buggy vest. He went to the living room and found Claire there reading a book with specs on. She was actually more beautiful in them. Hunter stared at her for a very long time until he saw that she was locking her eyes with his. He was startled and then he regained his composure.
"Who are you looking at?"
"I am looking at my girlfriend. Is there any problem with me looking at her?"
"I thought you said you were afraid of me?"
"I am not afraid of you. It's just that your gaze makes people feel very inferior to you. "
"My gaze is what made you feel like peeing on yourself."
"Yes. "
"So how do you want me to look at you so that you won't feel inferior?"
"Are you concerned about my feelings?"
"Don't push it, Hunter. "
"It's not that necessary. I will get used to your gaze after some time. If you decide to change your persona because of me maybe I will take that to my advantage. Don't change yourself because of anyone. I will just get used to you in time."
"Ok. "
"What are we eating?"
"There is food in the fridge. Go and look what you can have."
"Do you cook for yourself?"
