The moment Iris left the healer's chambers, I received word about it. I was not worried about the healers examination but what happened in the training yard.
Apparently, half the pack was still discussing what had happened. The human who moved like a wolf.
The human who shouldn't have been able to move like that.
The rumors were spreading exactly as I had expected. I had also wondered how possible it was for a human to move like that but in my entire existence I had never heard of that.
Cassian had said maybe it was the first sign of the curse coming to play but this had never happened with my other mates. Or maybe because the difference was they were wolves and not human.
I ran a hand through my hair, thinking about this would just make me remember things I didn't want to. I had told Cassian to make sure the news didn't leave the pack. If my uncle heard this, he would make a visit again.
