Day after the other, the Carnoire castle bustled with grand banquets celebrating the wedding.
After the week-long celebration was over, the newlywed Carnoires were to head off on their honeymoon.
It was publicly known that they were headed off to the southern parts of the Carnoire dukedom, instead of the warring battlefields.
As guards, they were to bring the Order of Apvel and the Nameless Order, along with a part of the private army from the Ducal House.
They accompanied the couple as guards, but the actual reason they were brought along was to fight on the battlefields.
Regardless, until the day the Duke and the Duchess were to leave for the war front disguised as a honeymoon, they were to greet the guests.
Unfortunately, the Duchess of the castle couldn’t leave the room due to her period, hence Zahid fully bequeathed the responsibility of appeasing the guests.
Though he had to entertain all the guests by himself, there weren’t many issues with it.
