As the theater darkened, the massive screen in front of them slowly lit up.
In the video, Loki stood before a gate shimmering with green energy. He turned around, a faint smile on his face, his eyes filled with both freedom and understanding.
"I, Loki, Prince of Asgard, son of Odin… finally know what kind of god I want to become. For you, and for everyone."
Seeing the figure in the video, Thor, who had been watching curiously, suddenly stood up.
"Loki?" he blurted out.
He looked around and laughed heartily. "Odin! Is this showing Loki's future? He said he finally knows what kind of god he'll be? Hah! I didn't expect my brother to actually become a god. As expected of Loki—he truly is my brother!"
But before Thor could finish laughing, the scene shifted.
Now, Thor was seen holding Mjolnir, facing off against Loki, who wielded the Eternal Spear.
Thor's smile froze instantly. "What… what's going on?" he muttered, frowning.
The video continued.
Thor, gripping his hammer, was knocked to the ground by Loki's attack. Yet, instead of fighting back, he looked up and said calmly,
"I will not fight you, Loki. Give up this ambition!"
"Ambition?" Loki roared furiously. "I never wanted to sit on that throne!"
With eyes burning with resentment, Loki glared at Thor.
"All I ever wanted was to be treated the same as you! Father's eyes have always been on you! Sif and the Warriors Three have always followed you! No matter what mistakes you made, everyone still adored you! Even the loudest cheers from the soldiers of Asgard—were always for you!"
He swung the Eternal Spear again, blasting Thor back toward the Rainbow Bridge.
"I am also a prince of Asgard! So why does everyone only look at you?" Loki roared.
"I've fought countless battles for Asgard! I've defeated our enemies! But in everyone's eyes, I'm just your shadow. No matter what I do, I'll never be praised!"
"Even my father—"
"Loki…" Thor began, his voice trembling.
"Shut up!" Loki screamed.
He lunged forward again, the Eternal Spear in hand. Thor refused to fight back, allowing Loki to strike him again and again across the Rainbow Bridge.
"I was the one who tricked Father into exiling you to Earth! I killed Laufey to protect Asgard and our father!
I did it not for the throne—but to prove to him that if you can do it, then so can I! I deserve his love just as much as you!"
"Brother…" Thor muttered weakly.
"Shut up! I'm not your brother! Never was!" Loki shouted, his eyes red. A bitter, twisted smile spread across his face.
"Now I understand why Father told us as children that we were both born to be kings—but he always favored you. Because I was never his son. I am the son of the Frost Giant Laufey… a monster he brought home as a trophy!"
Then, with rage in his eyes, Loki turned and aimed the Eternal Spear at the control panel of the Rainbow Bridge.
"I'll prove to him that I am worthy of his love…"
"No, Loki!"
Thor, who had endured every blow without fighting back, suddenly charged forward, Mjolnir in hand, to stop him.
Watching the scene unfold, Thor sat in stunned silence.
His thoughts were a storm.
It wasn't about Loki's schemes to exile him to Earth.
It wasn't even about Loki killing Laufey or saving Asgard.
It was the revelation that hit hardest—
Loki wasn't his biological brother.
He was Laufey's son.
"Odin… how is that even possible?" Thor whispered to himself, his voice trembling.
He took deep breaths, forcing himself not to lose control in the theater. The last thing he wanted was to be kicked out again. But no matter how hard he tried, the feeling of disbelief wouldn't fade.
Finally, Thor steadied himself and looked back at the glowing screen.
The video shifted again.
Now, Loki sat imprisoned in the dungeons of Asgard. His mother, Frigga, appeared, walking toward him gently.
Thor's expression softened. Watching his mother visit Loki filled him with a heavy sadness.
But then the scene changed—
Frigga was struck down by a monster's blade.
Thor arrived too late.
"No… no, this is impossible!" Thor shouted, jumping to his feet, his eyes wide with panic. "How could my mother be killed? This can't be real!"
The video continued mercilessly.
Frigga's body was placed on a golden raft, floating down the river. Odin stood solemnly on the riverbank, drawing his bow. With a single flaming arrow, he sent her spirit to Valhalla.
Hundreds of arrows lit the sky, their flames escorting Frigga on her final journey.
Thor sank back into his seat, tears welling in his eyes.
"This is impossible… how could my mother die…" he whispered brokenly.
Then his expression hardened. "No. I have the Spoiler System. That means I can change this future. I can save my mother. I will not let that monster kill her!"
He repeated it again and again, as if convincing himself.
"Yes… I can do it. I will stop the tragedy from happening."
Thor took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down. He turned back toward the screen, his jaw clenched—
but he didn't notice that his hands, gripping the armrests, were trembling uncontrollably.
