Before the Great Unification, the world was known as Imperion — a fractured realm of divided races. Five nations stood apart and alone.

The Five Kingdoms of Imperion

Insaria (West)

The Castle of Embellishment

Before unification, the grand citadel — later known as the Castle of Solidarity — was called the Castle of Embellishment, famed for its golden halls and crystal spires. It was a symbol of opulence rather than unity, a monument to ambition rather than peace.

Rulers of the Five

Insaria: The Imperial King — ruler of men and politics.

Azeth: Lord Deux — the dark sovereign of the abyss.

Morquine: The Pope — voice of divine will.

Mesa: The Head of the Blacksmith Guild — forger of weapons.

Eleris: The Elven Queen — the sole matriarchal monarch, untouched by Insarian rule.

Geography and Natural Barriers

Eleris lay at the heart of the world, surrounded by vast oceans that separated each kingdom.Only Mesa shared a direct land bridge with Eleris, while all other nations were isolated by water.

Land Size

Insaria (West) — Largest and most expansive nation.

Mesa (North) — Smallest of the five.

Eleris (Central) — Moderate in size but heavily forested and easily defensible.

Azeth (East) — Medium-sized, dominated by volcanic terrain.

Morquine (South) —Medium-sized , blessed with divine aura.

Power Dynamics

Insaria held political dominance and economic superiority.

Eleris possessed unmatched resources and magical prowess but remained neutral and self-reliant.

Mesa excelled in craftsmanship.

Azeth wielded raw strength and destructive might.

Morquine commanded spiritual influence yet lacked military power.

Relations Among Nations

Insaria and Azeth — Bound by alliance and mutual benefit.

Eleris — Maintained isolation, respected yet distant.

Morquine and Azeth — Often at odds due to conflicting beliefs.

Mesa and Insaria — Commercial partners, though Mesa was frequently exploited.

Trade and Exploitation

Insaria controlled the economic network, demanding a 40% share of Mesa and Morquine's profits under the guise of "trade security."

Mesa supplied weapons and tools but gained little in return.

Morquine provided sacred potions and healing charms blessed by their goddess.

Eleris stood independent, abundant in herbs, minerals, and magic-infused resources.

Education and Knowledge

Insaria: Center of formal learning — home to the Royal Mage Academy and the Knight's Order.

Mesa: Practiced generational teaching; master-to-apprentice learning traditions.

Morquine: Knowledge derived from faith and temple instruction.

Eleris: Natural-born wisdom; a few magicians studied abroad in Insaria.

Azeth: Valued strength and cunning over formal education — survival was their teacher.

Time and Celestial Order

This world revolved around two stars:

Solara – the radiant golden star, marking day.

Luna – the distant silver star, marking cycles of time.

The primary star, closer and brighter, is what most call the Sun of Life, Solara— it nurtures the world and governs day and night.

The secondary star is fainter, often visible at night, Luna.

Faith and Belief

People from all lands offer prayers and worshiped Lunaris, the divine Goddess , named after the star Luna, yet only those who choose the Path of Divinity — dedicating their lives in service as priests or priestesses — can wield her divine blessings.

Azeth — followed no deity, believing strength itself was divine.

Eleris worshipped the great tree of life

Morquine was considered the holy land of Lunaris' blessings

Nature around

Blushing blossom trees are found in Insaria

It is a scenic beauty where many come to see it.

It is a evergreen tree, blooms all seasons and its pink petals are just majestic to the eyes.

Ancient Lore

The greatest magician, known as the Keeper of the Great Tree of Life, once foretold that peace in this world would only come through immense tribulations.

Passed down through generations, legends tell that Luna, the radiant star, was an auspicious omen guiding destiny itself.
