Humans once ruled the fantastical nations — the Mesa in the north, Morquine in the south, Azeth in the east.

At the center of all stood the Great Tree of Life — the nation of Eleris.

To the west lay Insaria, home to human mages and knights of renown.

Yet it was not an age of peace.

The imperial family of Insaria, blinded by greed, sought dominion over all lands. Their ambition led to corruption, and when a great catastrophe struck their empire, it threatened to consume the entire realm.

Desperate, they pleaded for aid from their long-estranged neighbors.

But Eleris was not easily swayed.

Protected by the Great Tree and its mages — blessed with spirits overflowing with mana — the elven nation stood untouched.

Eleris had closed its borders to all outsiders and only allowed a few talented mages to seek and learn in Insaria, at their magic school.

Among them was the ruler's daughter — an elf of unmatched grace and potential: Melania.

It was there, at the Magic Academy of Insaria, that she met a young human mage.

In a world divided by distrust, they faced hardship together, forging a friendship both fragile and unyielding.

Through endless nights of study and perilous trials, they came to understand one another — an alliance of heart and will that defied their races' ancient rift.

When the catastrophe spread and Insaria began to crumble, that same human mage sought her aid once more.

Though Eleris had long avoided human conflicts, the ruler could not ignore the bond between these two gifted souls — nor the moral weight of silence.

Thus, Eleris marched to war.

The battle that was meant to last a year ended in only three months.

Countless lives were lost — the weak and strong perished alike.

Yet from the ashes of despair rose one name above all others:

Melania — the Great Commander of the War.

At last, peace was born.

The nations of all beings united under a single banner — Memoria.

Now, beneath the tranquil glow of Luna, the brightest star in the night sky, the citizens of Memoria gathered in celebration.

Music and laughter filled the air as the elf who had brought them peace stood beneath the starlit heavens — radiant, serene...

...unaware that this night of joy would soon become the night of betrayal.
