Susan opened the bedroom door, "Jhonny!" she said loudly. She looked behind him, at her. "Susan i have to tell you something" "You don't have to" she said closing the door and walking out. Jhonny turned around and Edana looked like a human. Her hair turned brown and her eyes were now blue. "Why is she hiding her true form" he thought, but right now he was worried about Susan. He ran out of the room grabbing her arm before she could open the front door. "Susan listen to me, it's not what you think; something happened" She tried to break free from his grip, "Please give me a chance?" he said. She stopped resisting and looked at him in the eyes. She was tearing up, but he could tell she was fighting back the tears. "Fine" She said harshly ripping herself off is grip successfully; wanting to get it over with what he had to say. Their 5 year old daughter, Delilah, ran out the living room with her doll towards Susan hugging her, "Mommy, Noah's dinosaur is trying to eat Stacy." 7 year old Noah runs towards them with his dinosaur screaming, "I'm going to eat Stacy" Susan picks up Delilah. Jhonny bends down to Noah's size. "Hey buddy what did I tell you about scaring your sister?" "Do it right, when mommy's not here" Noah said. Susan tried to hold in her laugh, "Im going to put them to bed" she said. "Did they eat?" asked Jhonny "I took them out to eat because I thought you were going to show up at least like we planned. Jhonny remembered making plans with her yesterday for the kids to go out with them, "shit" he thought. He was about to grab Noah's hand, but Susan stopped him. "I got it" she said. Jhonny grabbed his hand, anyway. Susan looked at Jhonny, "Whatever" she thought to herself. After they put the children to bed, they went to their bedroom, but Edana was gone. "Of course she's gone" said Susan while Jhonny looked around the room looking for her. He looked inside their restroom but she wasn't there either. Susan could hear the living room TV on, "The kids left the tv on" she said as she walked out of the room. Jhonny looked out the window to see if Edana was outside. He heard a whimper. He walked to the living room and saw that Susan whimpered. She had her mouth covered so she didn't scream and wake up the kids. She saw Edana sitting in front of the tv looking at cartoons. "Really?" She said to Jhonny pointing at Edana. Jhonny walked towards the tv turning it off. "Hey, what are you doing?" Edana stood up and looked at Jhonny then at Susan then she walked to their bedroom with Susan and Jhonny following her. Jhonny closed the door, "Baby, I woke up at 12 here in our room because something happened yesterday after I got out of work" said Jhonny Edana was casually looking out the window at the city lights. "She's an angel, Susan, a real angel." Susan ignored the fact that he just said that, and asked him what happened yesterday. Jhonny explained everything to her from the moment he got off work; to his whole conversation with Edana. Susan looked at her and she looked back at Susan with a curious stare, "I'm confused, how can all that be possible, How does someone fall from the sky in a beam of light?" "You trust her, and she trusts you" said Edana. They both looked at her, "I can sence your trust and love for each other" she said standing up closing the window curtain. "Jhonny, I don't know what to say to you." said Susan sitting down on the bed feeling confused with no idea how to deal with what her husband was telling her. Jhonny walked to her and say with her, "Susan -" before he could say anything Edana said, "She can see my true form" They both looked at her as her skin glowed brighter, her height grew, and her hair turned yellow and her eyes were red again; her normal clothes turned into the gold and red armor she was wearing. Her skin dimmed so it doesn't shine as bright as it did. She now looked the same way she did when she landed here. Jhonny was amazed how she was able to transform into her true angel form. He felt Susan get heavy. She had fainted while leaving on him, "Susan" he said while he grabbed her face gently. He layed her down softly on the bed. "She's a sensitive one" said Edana. "I believe that she'll be sure about believing me now after that." He said stroking Susan's head gently. He looked at Edana that was already looking at him. "You know, I always knew angels exsisted because I fell in love with one." He said looking down at Susan. Edana walked to the side of the bad and but her hand on Susan's chest. "What are you doing?" He said. A small red light beamed between Edana's palm and Susan's chest. She woke up with a gasp. Jhonnny was impressed and curious of what else angels like her are able to do, " Thank you" he said to Edana. "Are you alright, honey?" He asked Susan while he helped her sit up. "You changed, right in front of me into that" said Susan shocked at what she had seen, "You really are an angel are you?" she asked her. "Yes, I am Susan" "wait, is it safe that she knows you exsist?" said Jhonny. "It is as long as the enemy doesn't know I came to you both." Edana said hoping Lynx doesn't see her with them through The Watcher. "So this is all real? everything he told me about you?" asked Susan. "That's not all I have to say" "What else happened?" asked Jhonny. "As I said, I'm currently at war with my enemy, Lynx." She started. "Who's that?" asked Susan, "First of all, I'll have to tell you everything from the beginning" She sat on the window balcony with Susan and Jhonny looking at her curiously. "Angel years ago, my kingdom, Inferno, and the kingdom, Crystella, lived in harmony. Our only difference was our element, I'm from Inferno, so that makes me a fire angel. Angels from Crystella are ice angels. Despite that, we were friendly to each other, trading with one another, learning from them many things, and even falling in love with the different element. Of course, that made the hybrids. Back in those times they were called Uniques and their element, we don't know what it is. All they can do is get brighter, so we considered them light angels. They still live among us today. Anyways, Inferno, Crystella, and Uniques were never at war until the the first tragic thing happened in the history of Inferno. My grandfather's older brother, Delion was found dead in our grounds by some of our guards. He was just a kid. They found ice melting near where his body was found. Crystella was accused for murdering the future king of Inferno. Crystella was trying to convince the king of Inferno that they have no reason to kill the small king, but it was hard to convince them not to start a war with the hard evidence they had against them. The king threatened to murder Crystella's angels and they didn't take it well, obviously, so they eventually had the war. Inferno fought to avenge Delion while Crystella fought to protect it's people. The war took a couple of days to end. Angels are very strong and powerful, we can die for normal reasons like a human, but we take longer to." Jhonny couldn't believe what he was hearing, it was the history of actual angels. "Who won the war?" He asked. "We did" she said, "After Inferno won the war, they didn't want a trace of the ice angels in our palace. Crystella fled further away from Inferno. We closed barriers and broke our alliance. We even enslaved the uniques because they were half Ice angels while Crystella did the same with their uniques because they saw the as half fire angels. the Uniques live among us as servants and slaves, not as equal as any ordinary angel." "That must have been hard for the Uniques" said Susan, "It was and still is they suffered for something they weren't involved with" Edana said looking sad. "That's why I'm here, because of the war I started." "How did you start it?" asked Jhonny, "Because I wanted to live in harmony again, and you know what I prefer fighting for it, than continue living like this. It isn't fair for the Uniques and I don't want to always have to be watching my back because of the enemies we have. I just want to end it all." "Did they found out who killed Dilion?" Asked Jhonny. "Sadly no, but I feel that Crystella is hiding something and I need to know what it is because it's very suspicious they found the ice near Dilion. Maybe it was the murderer or a witness. "who's looking for you?" asked Susan. "Lynx, he's the prince of Crystella and my rival. During the war, I planned to capture the king and queen and get an answer from them. For some reason they weren't in the war, which I found odd, I didn't think much of it but decided to invade Crystella's palace and search for the myself. I found them both in their bed dead. I flew out but I was stopped by Crystella gurads, I turned and I was met with Lynx. He ordered the guards to capture me for murdering their king and queen. I had walked into a blackmail. I fought all the guards injuring them badly and it was just me and Lynx. We fought for a while until I heard someone scream my name. I looked below me and saw my father with his wings chained and his hands bound as several guards we taking him away. I was distracted and Lynx took that as an opportunity cutting one of my wings with his sword causing me to fall down to the ground. I got up and one of my wings were missing feathers, but I was still able to fly. I looked up and Lynx was talking to a guard feeling confident I wouldn't go anywhere with a wounded wing, but he was wrong. I knew what I had to do. I ran to the doors and kicked them opened as I flew away towards my kingdom. I didn't fly as fast, but I was fast enough. In the distance behind me Lynx and his guards flew behind me. I made it to my palace. Where the war was taking place. My guards slowed them down but not many guards were alive, I was losing the war. I then headed towards The Watcher and did a spell that could get me here. I want to recover before I go back and save my father while I take Lynx's life." "That's a very tragic thing that's happening" said Jhonny. "I'm willing to help you" "I am too" said Susan getting up. Edana stood up and walked towards the door. "Where are you going?" asked Jhonny, "Find a place to go" "You can stay here for now" said Susan. "I can't, I don't want Lynx to know I'm here, he'll target you two and your children" she said as she walked out. "Wait!" said Jhonny running towards her. She stopped and looked at him, "Do you believe an ice angel killed Delion? if you do, is that another reason why you're fighting?" he asked. Edana, "I don't want to believe anything until I find out what happened that day" she said opening the door. "But, who are you, Edana?" He asked. "You'll find out when the time comes." with that she closed the door behind her.
