The story is about the character of Miracle Mvula, a 16 year old malawian guy who had just graduated highschool and was just looking up good colleges, but the world began to distort around him and next thing he knew he was in some fantasy library and a hot dragon girl informing him he had died due to some cosmic nonsense as a consequence of other reincarnators and transmigrators. He was given the chance to reincarnate in a random world with random abilities selected through pressing gacha boxes. He had selected highschool DXD as the world and one punch man's Tatsumaki as the abilities, along with an added bonus of a gravity sacred gear. After saying his goodbyes to the dragon girl, Miracle had the rotten luck to end up in a lab ran by the Khaos Brigade which specailise in experimenting on children.
